This is gorgeous! I would spend all day here if I had a room like that 💕 The floor is gorgeous too! I think you could swap the dining table and the sitting area though, that would make it look less busy and would give you a breakfast nook with a view out the window.

It looks AMAZING! You could have turned the basket upside-down, put a tray on top and used it as a (side) table to the wicker sofa. If to short.. a basic 4 leg wood frame built inside/underneath would raise it to prefered hight. I would have put the two chairs and table at an angle across the corner (ie either side of the big green plant)..then there is more distance between the table and chairs and the sofa area.. plus the right chair would have covered the cable on the side wall below the big mirror. Ps. Your Nan is as sweet as every.
