does your computer have a function key? press that and f3 at the same time.

Often keyboards like that have a special function key (fn) that you hit before or hold while hitting f-whatever. That should give you the f3 input rather than the volume-control input.

It can be easily replaced by a dropper. It makes so much cobble that you'd only need a few TNT to replace your reserves even if you somehow make a megastructure out of cobble and run out.

AussieFox, how is using an in-game feature cheating? You use F3 to note coordinates of areas of interest don't you and use coordinates to find your way, right? Yes of course you do, everyone does! Why? Cause it's an in game feature that's helpful. If it was cheating it wouldn't be there in the first place.

Mumbo, two things: 1) Items in unloaded chunks do not despawn. This means that when you died, the items' counters stopped. 2) Use journeymap with everything except death markers disabled so that you can find where you died.

Idea for your next build in the village/city: a graveyard. Add a gravestone for every time you die, with date and reason of death. The more epic (or stupid) way of dying, the more elaborate the gravestone should be - from a simple wooden sign, to a complete mausoleum :)

you should let hermits live in this town(they can choose the house) and they can eat in one restaurants and obviously after paying you(not by completing a parkour challenge) or hermits could even just not live but done in a restaurant.and the payment increases as the number of days increase.
