You're correct, you can't move the beacon block itself. What you can do is move the blocks that make up the base. If you have a sticky piston moving one of the blocks required for the beacon to activate, you can toggle between on and off very easily.

MUMBO!!!! Add a fleet of warships around our base!!! make an aircraft carrier, some destroyers, and maybe a submarine and some cruisers! it'd be cool maybe if you'd add some working TNT cannons to them, and maybe in some of the bigger ships you could put in from iron farms or some other grinders and make a piping system to transport the items back to your base with hoppers or something like that through the water, maybe make a cool looking tunnel system for the items. If you don't want to make the fleet, you should just make a big submarine and maybe have the bow of it sticking out a little bit over your base and use that as a storage system, that'd be sweet! And maybe add some cool redstone mechanics to some of the ships, like adding a person launcher to the aircraft carrier, so it shoot you up into the sky, or if you just did the submarine like i mentioned earlier, add a "missile tube" or two to the sub and use that as a launcher to fire you into the sky to use your elytra. So this comment is so long, Id just have a ton of ideas that I thought you'd maybe like to use!

Could you make a four block wide corridor with triple piston extenders making the floor retract? I have been working on this project for almost a year and I cannot get it right. Things keep going wrong, and I keep getting sent back in a loop of things going wrong with the pistons, timing, slime blocks, timings again, piston placement, and so on. I also think this would be a really nice video and I don't think you've done it before. Like so Mumbo can see!

BlazinCampfire sorry dude I use PlayStation.... I could try and explain a double piston extender and then do the same thing again and double everything I say then hook it all up. So basically you want to extend the bottom piston then when that has extended a redstone line will power the non extended piston extending it then to close it you want to close the first extended piston then a really slow extended pulse with follow on from the input into the second extended piston picking up the stair or block that had been in the air. Sorry if this is not clear and sorry I can't send you a download file..

Hey Mumbo! Just letting you know in the future... When you have a mine cart by itself (Like what you were doing) you can save on gold by having a regular rail space, director rail, then powered rail (In the direction of travel) you can save a lot of gold that way. Just a note that might help!

The reason you might have been blasted into the floor when you activated the firework, was where you were looking. The fireworks doesn't lift you, they just speed you up. So if you weren't looking directly upwards, you would have been rushed down to the ground.

Jack Bond Only elder guardians drop sponges in vanilla. Three per temple, plus whatever sponge rooms are inside. They're a non renewable resource
