It's funny how he says that he is ahead of his progress in pervious seasons when in fact, he is at the exact same place. In season 4 by episode 25, he had finished the mob grinder, the physical shape of the drone, and the aesthetic power beam. Now in season 5 by episode 25, he has finished the guardian farm, cleared out the ocean monument, and finished the aesthetic walkways. Like clockwork!

when you're doing those long taskes. you can maybe listnen to classical music. the piece are longer so you can enjoy it for longer. a fun piece to start listning to is the planets by holst. other good composers are: Ravel, Bartok, Stravinsky, Shostakovich, Prokovjef and debussy.

Mumbo, this looks fan-freakin'-tastic! I have an idea, what if you drained the water from the inner border of your pathway and towards the center, and made your base floor match that? I think that would look really cool! Also you could add pillars to the four corners of your "diamond" down to the ocean floor so It has some support, 5x5 prismarine with lanterns would look sick :)

You could make those underwater tunnels more of a tube shape to give some extra space. The underwater walkway itself could even be the same width as the ceiling. but the walls could kind of flex out to give it a wider feel, and tubes are pretty common in fantasy underwater architecture

'The Book of Coding' by Simon Singh is absolutely amazing! It goes into the history of codes and stuff (as in, hidden messages, not the computer stuff). Just an example of one thing I learned from the book, is that a very old form of encryption used to be a message would be written/tattooed onto someone's bald head, then their hair would be grown back before traveling to another place/city. when there, the recipient would shave the head and receive the message. :')

The Circle is great, not only is it fiction, it has forbidden love. It is about a 6-7 hour book, it has three books, the second one is The Circle Broken. Trust me, you will love it. When I finished the first book I was like wuuuuuuuuuuuutttt. It toys with your emotions, but trust me, it is worth it. The author is K.M. Montemayor.

What might look cool is to add a little dip in the floor of the underwater walkways and add lava there. Then replace your current floor with some glass on top so you can walk above the lava. It would make your walkways pop out with some natural lighting during the night.

I've listened to a small handful of audiobooks, one that has really stuck with me is called Acid Test: LSD, Ecstasy, and the Power to Heal by Tom Shroder. It was a really well put together narrative about several people's experiences with psychedelics including a doctor, a architect/activist, and a war veteran. Highly recommend it, really fascinating.

for future possibilities and other people's builds, I might suggest when you want a wider tunnel under a walkway like that, expand the width of the tunnel, but have the lower walkway the same, giving each side a bulge, not unlike mirrored Ds.

Personally, I'm more of a fantasy/science fiction book person, so my favorite books are The Name of the Wind, Ender's Game and The Way of Kings. But, if you like learning about the world and stuff, maybe try Blood On the River. It's about the Jamestown colony. The classics are also good, such as The Call of the Wild. If you want to read something scary and interesting, try some of Edgar Allen Poe's short stories. Well, those are my book suggestions! 😊

The non-fiction books that I love are 127 hours and into thin air. I think these are just amazing and so interesting! I would definitely recommend these!

Modoc by Raph Helfer is amazing. It tells the story of a boy and an elephant and their fight to stay together across three continents, and is based on true events.

POWERAID my sister had to read Ready Player One for a school project, and convinced me to read it as well. We both really enjoyed it, and there's a TON of references to old games like Joust; fun movies my sister, my brothers and I love quoting; and even references to games my sister and I are teaching to our friends, like Dungeons and Dragons. It's fun, although it's kinda dystopian, and I think people would love reading or listening to it!

You Mumbo! you should check out The hitchhikers guide to the galaxy ;D it's super fun! It is fiction, but it's fiction that reflects on the world we live in, and is the best written "satire" i have ever seen! Absolutely "BONKERS"! Totally hilarious!
