For the wavebreaker you build first you could possibly take inspiration from the bavarian town of Lindau at lake of constance. It has got a giant Lion statue opposite of a lighthouse. Maybe a statue of barack o llama or some other animal would look great at the empty space

Keralis, the reason most yachts are white is because white reflects the light keeping the interior cooler and the yachts generally operate in warmer climates. This puts less reliance/stress on the air conditioners, which keeps the fuel cost down. Expedition / Explorer yachts, which will also visit colder climates can afford to have darker colors. Hope this helps! I am looking forward to seeing you work on the marina!

I can't believe how amazing this base is. I've been watching hermitcraft since mid season 5 but this is the first season I've watched nearly every hermit regularly. I absolutely love bdubs and scar's bases, but yours is on another level. The layout of your city is just so good, plus I love what Cleo did too. For building up terrain off shore, you could do what Etho did when building up the land for Brainy-E's and use the warped fungus to create a fast terrain base that you can then pretty up later.

Keralis, you should totally add a place for the boat trailers and also add a catamaran. Boats are also usually white because they don’t rot as easy and the bottom is a different colour just because it makes it look cooler. Hope that clears it all up 😄

I live in a coastal city with a ton of lighthouses, and a little touristy observation center would be perfect for that area on the other wave breaker! Those little platforms with observing goggles and stuff that let you look out onto the ocean!

boats are white for three reasons. it reflects the sunlight keeping it cooler inside. its picked up visually and on radar easier. its cheaper for both painted boats and fiberglass boats. fun fact: in very cold climates boats tend to be painted darker colors to absorb the sunlight and heat the boats interior
