I love the integrating redstone into the build. A few years ago, I was playing on a server and decided to go out of my comfort zone and build a modern village, with some sort of redstone integrated into it. I was even able to do compact 1-wide sugarcane/kelp/pumpkin/melon harvesters embedded in the walls and dead-spaces. I was working on a 1950s themed modern cow breeder/slaughterer when the server closed. The idea was that bred baby cows would fall through a chute and onto a golden pressure plate, which in turn activated lava just long enough for the adult cows to die and give cooked meat. The meat would then be transported to a chest (this was before barrels), or be dispensed from under a counter if a button was pressed.

I love the way you tucked the sugarcane farm in behind the aquarium while installing a mini-super smelter as well. What a great way to include these in your home. You could build another aquarium with a kelp farm tucked behind it for your fuel needs.

Build the observers in a other room scanning different sugar cane so that in the aquarium are only the pistons. If You don´t want the pistons place them one block further back and replace them with sticky pistons so that the sticky pistons push a blue block to destroy the sugar cane.

For the furnace: you could put a trap door on top of a smooth stone slab. Then you 'toss' the items into the 'oven', and then they are deposited into your 'fridge'

I am loving the flow of your session 9 series so far. I highly recommend creating a reason to visit every room in your house, as it adds to the experience of having a large house to begin with. It could be as simple as having a shower that dispenses iron as your main way of getting iron for projects so you have to use the shower. Making your kitchen the only place in your house that stores food / that food comes from (via farms). The living room is where you store your disc collection and trophies on a trophy case.

I never got behind why the builds of keralis look so well shaped, but it came clear to me, that they are, while being gigantic for minecraft standards, the perfect size for being able to put enough details, but not too big where it becomes unstylable

Hiya Keralis! Love your face back!!! What I'd like to see is you do a cameo mini collaboration within each episode where you draw randomly a means of interaction with another hermit. An interaction could be hermit shadowing, hermit mini adventure, hermit mini game, hermit prankster, hermit non-profit fundraiser, hermit co-build, hermit advertisement, hermit switch places, hermit narrate other hermit, and anything else in the same type of collaboration sense. It's a way to show case how sweet and pro you are. I love your episodes it brings a feeling as to spending time with a friend I've known for most my life. Thank you for today's episode!!!
