Perhaps it would be part of the same redstone circuit, so that door+Guardian deploy together, & later get retracted together... ... which block is piston-pushable, while also being the hardest to mine? Bear in mind that the guardian needn't be lifted very far, just enough to completely cover the prisoner's area, to hinder their escape efforts.

To make it harder to break in or brake out you can make the door out of concrete powder and have a mechanism that dispenses very thin layer of water so it turns the powder in to concrete. It's harder to brake.

It is weird how "law" and "lore" sound so similar in so many english-speaking accents. One has an "r" in it and the other doesn't; you'd think that'd be obvious in the pronunciation. (It sure is in my own "standard American midwestern" accent. I don't even form the vowel sound in the same part of my mouth. "Law" is in the back, with an "ah" sound, like in "father" or "awesome," while "lore" is towards the middle/front and is definitely a long-o sound, like in "origami" or "oregano" or "or." )
