While the Warden does hunt based on sound, when he stops to do that sniff motion, he is still sensing where you are, so that you can't just stand still to be 100% safe. This is why he found you. He didn't attack immediately because he was making sure you really were there. The roar was your final warning to run away, as he was entering his attack mode.

Personally i didn't want them for lag reasons but if you promise something and then walk it back it won't go over well even with clear communication on the exact reasons. I also think the mud feels more like stone than mud, especially since it doesn't slow you down or make you sink into it with suctiony footsteps. Just making it retextured soul sand minus bubbles would have been much more realistic, walking in deep mud is very hard and slow going.

This build really feels like Disney. As for the deep dark blocks, a futuristic section could have them behind windows to look like outer space. If you want to farm them, grab one of those skulk catalysts that are down there and attach it to a mob farm. Whenever one dies, the skulk spreads.

Wardens have a strike system where the won’t spawn until you’ve had 3 strikes, but they can also smell which is why it could find you even when you stood still, also the Warden can shoot things out, it’s called it’s sonic shriek, it can go through blocks and it does it when it can’t reach you, it also ignores enchantments on your armour

@@Verd3nt it’s 3 warnings and then any more from there will cause a warden to spawn, and once you’ve gone through your warnings, unless you die, every time you set of a shrieker it will spawn a warden if another warden isn’t within 45 blocks (depending on what version of 1.19 you play as the range can vary (if you’re really curious about your specific range, you’ll have to search it up))

The've had an issue with hostile mobs being generated twice in the chunks that they previously regenerated (like 6 elder guardians per ocean monument), so it might have affected the neutral mobs here too and the herds are doubled?

For the Cookoo clock, you should have a mob with a clock head go in and out of the top every once in a while to bring more life into the build. You can also pair this with the plugin and custom disks you have on the server to allow it to actually sound like one.

Yep. It's ranged attack is magic damage like the evoker's spikes, so it ignores the shield.

Looking back at his old builds, a few things make more sense. A lot of people just build a huge building for a mega base, but scar usually adds a whole environment around his builds, which totally fits the imagineer thing.
