Filling the entity with water might be a good idea; adds more space for customers to shop and doesn't exclude adding only on the bottom, since they can't reach. The 'heart' would have a very useful purpose, too.

Someone else said you could have different “veins” filled with water that you use to traverse to different rooms that sell different things, that all connect back to the heart, which I think would be really cool. You could expand it down underground to have space for that while keeping the same idea for the outside. It would also be cool to have the things on the outside kinda permeating the inside too imo. Like you can see where the tree is cuz the roots are like invading the inside, that kinda thing. And then the entrance to each water “vein” could be in or near where the thing is permeating the inside if that makes sense. So much potential for this idea lol

You could make the interior of "the entity" a geode, more naturally formed. You could also play with the lighting in there, since amethyst crystals give of light. Imagine it for a second. Make it look like it's a ordinary boring stone lying there, but if you investigate it and find a little crack you can step inside, and when your eyes got used to the gloomy light, you see all the amethyst surrounding you.

Minecraft economies are neat, because like, sure diamond supply goes up, but the amount of goods produced goes up too. Meaning if they balance out, prices can stay the same. More diamonds, more inflation, more goods through auto farms, more deflation.

For the strip mine test, it's not just about actual mining, going out of your way for other ores, especially copper, slows down how much stone you uncover drastically, if the copper alone was shunned let alone the rest the diamond amounts would have no doubt skyrocketed to at least a stack with fortune

A cool idea for the entity would be a “tip of the iceberg” shop. You have a small boulder on top and then like a spiral staircase that takes you underground to a bigger store, that way you can sell more items and keep the same size boulder. Just an idea. Love the series so far, I have been watching your channel since you first joined Hermitcraft! Keep up the good work. Edit: Thanks for all the likes! I think that it would be amazing if the “tip of the iceberg” idea was combined with the entity being filled with water! It would really give the conduit a great purpose, other than being purely for decoration, and he could turn the shop into something similar to an underwater grotto.

Especially if we add in what Tornadey018 said in another comment, and make it so you have to be underwater in the shop: you have to dive into the Entity's waters to get access to the bigger, underwater shop. If he wants to go full subterranean lake (which with the new caves, would look utterly amazing, someone's GOT to have their megabase in a new cave, please tell me Grian someone's taking that idea-) he totally could, and you could get a very haunted vibe of the Entity being a guard for something Worse.

For the interior of the entity, you should fill it all with water. I believe that will broaden the sound of the conduit, as well as utilize the benefits (water breathing, faster movements, etc.) of the conduit.

It would be cool if you used the various growths as little rooms for the items. That way, if you see the growth on the outside, you essentially know where to go in the shop right away. This will especially get useful once you fill the store up. Also, flooding it on the inside would be a good idea, as some other comments suggested. The growths could eventually make a fun little swim-through maze. :)

Just some small ideas: For your shop/starter base, I’d love to see the entity either filled with water, or the heart of the sea to be more open, it feels a little too encased inside the glass. I’d also like to see you possibly selling axolotls that could possibly be swimming around inside if you do decide to fill it with water. I’m loving how the entity is coming along so far and I can’t wait to see more of it! For the new game of tag, It might be fun to do something with a mob like a cow, that you’d lead to a players base and trap it in some way so the animal touches them in some way? Not sure if rhat fully makes sense, I’d just really enjoy seeing a tag game that has animals involved for an extra bit of challenge. Edit: I found another comment I’d love even more to see. A tree suit like tangos that the hermits try to wear for as long as possible.
