Omg I got my first ever nosebleed when I was playing minecraft this is like so relatable I was just casually playing minecraft digging in a ravine and I guess I breathed a little too hard and the blood vessels inside my nose finally gave up and decided to suddenly stop doing their job carrying my body's blood around all day and they dropped it just like I dropped that little bowl of ketchup at the cafe because my hands desiced to stop doing their job all of a sudden. Anyways I have frequent nosebleeds now whenever I clean my nose there's always around a 12% chance my nose will start bleeding it happens so often I'm not even surprised by it anymore. It's not everyday though, just mentioning, it happens like once every 2 months Nosebleeds are so annyoying because idk about anyone else but mine just never stop unless I spray some medical substances on a tissue and plug my nose with it that will make it stop bleeding otherwise it will just keep on going it's not like I have the patience to wait more than 5 minutes but 5 minutes of nonstop bleeding is kind of absurd ngl

idk if you know this/have tried it but putting ice/frozen peas against your lower back can help stop them! but tbh if the medical spray works, it works xD i also try and breath in through my nose and out my mouth to try and get some air in so the blood dries, which works but is kinda hard mid-nosebleed xD i also get them pretty frequently ahah

I would advise to seek a doctor, constant nosebleeds can be nothing but also can be symptom for something... And also, when our skin inside the nose gets too dry can lead into nosebleeds as well. Check it out if possible, friends. :)
