I believe the armor stand WORE the beetroot when Skizz clicked on the Etho stand. He wasn't empty handed and you can see the red beetroot appear on the "belly" of Etho when the chestplate disappears if you slow it down

The customer wore it, if you slow it down you can see the beetroot appear right on the belly of the Etho stand and the armor appear in place of the beetroot in Skizzs inventory. i dont know why but i think that specific armor stand is broken or something

On Tango's stream, Skzz had an empty hand. My guess, the server didn't think he had beetroot, but Skizz's client thought he did have beetroot, so when he clicked on the armour stand, the server won, and the game acted as though the beetroot never existed in his hand (it was still in the farm as seen in the next game).

Its because skizz didn’t feed the customer, but pushed the button. He just stripped the customer and did not give it any food

Might be awkward since furnaces are immovable so it would have to be a block deeper in the wall with a block between. It would work but the aesthetic might not be what tAngo wnats for it that way.
