In my opinion there were three huge changes that impacted the direction of Hermitcraft over the years: 1. The Departure of GenerikB: This very well could have been the server's end if Xisuma had not stepped up to become the server's "leader", guiding it in what was truly its weakest moment. Had Xisuma not not put in the work, we would not have the Hermitcraft we have today. 2. The Migration of Ethoslab and Docm77: This moment was like a passing of the torch for Minecraft's biggest SMP. It almost symbolized the decline of Mindcrack and the rise of Hermitcraft. Etho and Doc brought an influx of fans and a sort-of legitimacy to the Hermitcraft server and proved that Hermitcraft was Mindcrack's true successor. 3. The Addition of Grian: Grian completely changed Hermitcraft when he joined, more so than any other one member had when they joined. He obviously brought a bunch of new fans and he also added detailed storylines, organized groups events, and he really taught other Hermits how to play the game of youtube.

Iirc, False was the one who built the pixel art of Shrek as a prank to Mumbo, who built his Ice Spike base in a swamp. I don't really know how the prank started. Mumbo showed it in one of his videos where he revisits all his past Hermitcraft bases

Glad to see you again my Multi-Fandom Fiend! *Fun Facts:* BDoubleO and GoodTimesWithScar joined Heritcraft in *Season 4!* Etho and BDubs led a "Civil War" between the OG's of Minecraft and the New Generation. *Season 6* is when Grain, RentheDog? Don't quote me on that! But Season 6 is when a lot of the Shanigains that Hermitcraft is known for all started! *Season 7* is when you started to get the Storylines with everyone! Scar became Mayor and Grian led the Mycelium Resistance. This is where a lot of the Edits and Animatics come from with Scar being the "Mayor Villain." You also have "Shady Eees" that Etho started but it was a funny bit that Etho did. And just like with Scar there are some What Ifs Animatics of Etho becoming the Villain. *Season 8* is when the whole Server Storyline kinda started with the Moon, the Moon Cult, Scar being Scar in trying to "scam" people outta their diamonds with the Swaggon, and just like in Season 7 there are some animatics with Scar being a Villain and joining Evil X. *Season 9* is where the "Red King" comes in to play with Hermitcraft. RentheDog was the Red King in the 3rd Life of the Life Series. And he became the King of Hermitcraft. Grian once again led the Resistance against Ren. And of course, this is the Season where we get the classic "Dynamic Duo" of Hot Guy (Scar) and Cute Guy (Grian). *Season 10* is still ongoing so I haven't had the chance to binge-watch the Creators since I'm literally, binge-watching Ren Season 7, Grian Season 8, and Scar Season 9. I"'m not sure when the "Goatman" DocM77 joined since he is well known for his Restone and outrageous Builds/Security System.

Bdubs didn't join in Season 4, he joined in season 1, then came back in season 5. Rendog joined in hermitcraft season 4. You missed out with the storyline of the civil war in season 6. Docm joined in season 3 as it is said in the video. Grian did not lead a resistance in season 9 he just helped people with them. Also from what I believe Ren the King and the Red King are two completely different characters. I can see you seem passionate about hermitcraft but at least get the facts correct lol.

I wasn't around for the early days of Hermitcraft. Only really started watching Minecraft content in 2020 when the pandemic hit. Still feels weirdly nostalgic to realize KZbinrs I watch like Mumbo Jumbo and others who are in the Life Series like Bdubs and ZombieCleo have pretty much been around since the start of Minecraft KZbin. Heck, I never watched TinFoilChef and can't help but get emotional whenever he's mentioned or gets a tribute in Hermitcraft related stuff. You can tell how much he meant to the community and how close these guys are as friends. This is why I love Minecraft. It brings people together and can create something beautiful.

Keralis was an original member, but he did not become active on the server until it was a month in.

Keralis played Seasons 1-3 but became inactive for a few years. He came back to HC near the end of Season 6 and has been back since then. But he wasn't a part of S4 or 5.

@@sirtainlee8725 Nah he didn't join Mindcrack. He was still a member of HC just inactive. If I remember right he mainly did Ark Survival and City Skylines at the time. And did solo Minecraft videos like Build Showcases. Lots of other hermits at the time like Dmac Slipg8r and Zueljin went down the Ark route too. But Keralis was the only one to come back out of them.

I've heard this before in a game called Just Shapes and Beats it's got tons of music in it, but I don't know what it's called. Try looking up the OST for just shapes and beats!
