I'm going to be real, I think this series and the last few episodes especially have been some of the best and most entertaining videos of yours I've seen. It's just so fun to watch you and the other hermits having a good time in Vault Hunters. Don't get me wrong, you playing alone is also very good content, but VH really does shine even more through co-op experiences. I fell in love with VH 2 1/2 years ago and of all the memories of the VHSMPs, many of the best ones were made when several people came together to run vaults and have fun. You and the other devs really made (and continue to make!) an amazing game that SO many people enjoy. You deserve it so much to enjoy the fruits of your hard labor on this project by sharing it with your friends - your happiness is very much noticeable and makes the videos even better with all the banter and laughing fits. Don't ever think that you 'fell off' or lost your spark - it's right here. Your spark is in every detail of this game that you worked sleepless nights on to get it right, in every adjustment to optimise the experience and balance, in all the determination to continue to improve on every aspect for several years, in all the videos and streams on your channels where your love for this project shines clearly, in all the experiences that get created with your friends on your servers, in the communities that have formed through VH, the friendships that have been formed via the vaults (Hello Sir gaymersalsa), it reaches past your own community to little Timmys that have never heard of an "Iskall85" but who really enjoy this modpack they discovered with their friends. I love love love this series so much! HABBA is going to be amazing. I hope everyone on the server will be able to join. Especially Beef since he came up with ABBA caving originally lol It was so fun to see you and Impulse vaulting together and getting him geared up with pouches!! He has no idea how much pain he did not have to go through lol I like that he is your son xD though I'm sure he is older than you hahaha Your storage system is SO OP and SO SATISFYING. HABBA hype yay! For anyone building a similar delooting system with modular routers: you don't need multiple routers to send items to different places, in fact it makes it more complicated as you need to blacklist and whitelist everything twice. Have one router which pulls everything from the pouches, then has whitelisted sender modules. I.e. If it's a scav item, send to diffuser, if it's gear, send to gear storage, etc. Then the last sender will just be everything else to send to your main storage 💚

Also you can match any scav item by using the tag matching option on the sender modules filter. Then you just need one instead of collecting them all. Can do the same with the vault decor junk. I have one sender attempt to send to my drawers, then any decor that doesn't fit goes to the diffuser.

That worry from separating disks on different chunks is more for applied, as refined save all item data on a dedicated file and not in the disk or chunk, worse case is refined trying to load or cache all the data at once, but I'm pretty sure it has good optimizations and tries to avoid causing lag spikes, I have stored absurd amounts of items and NBT on RS and never had an issue

You are very lucky. RS is not optimized for NBT data and storing a lot in a system will corrupt a world. Apotheosis gear is a quick way to do this.

Adding the quantity on drawers adds lag. Iskall knows about it, he probably doesn't use it to reduce lag.

For the vault challenge, I think it would be helpful if you put down a chest for any loot that doesn’t have a spot so you can get it one. Also, you should clarify where to put everything and explain how the de-looting table works.

I like the overflow chest idea, he could even hide it or smth behind the pile. As for the ... Tutorial (?) Of sorts you imply adding my thought process and maybe his is, that seeing as it's about co-op vaults, thus group call/party, then he'll probably explain everything then (or after) the first vault. It's easier for iskall to answer questions and help in person rather than messages, as well as the hermits who might fare better with the in person tutorial Vs written. ?? Then again this is coming from someone who wouldn't want to explain and break down everything into a written format 😂😂

What you could do is you could have the jewels go into the main system and then identify gear all in that there OR modular router all the gear into a separate backpack and identify them all at once with it. Or both where jewels go into the system and then the separate backpack for gear

I don't have the exact transcript, but what she was saying is that the hermit load outs and stats on the website only update after a hermit completes a vault. So because they tied at actual lvl 50, she cheesed it by jumping into a vault so that, at least on the website, she reached 50 first. The transcript is something like "Hehe. Vault. Haha. cuz of the armory. tehe. Lvl 50."

Hang on, I may have or may not have misunderstood the challenge. Are you going to be inside the same scavenger vault, or each have to do their own to see who finishes first? If the latter is the case, I think it would be more wise to have each competitor create their own scavenger crystal which would be set to their level for fair balance between level, rng and skill. For instance, having superior gear would probably make you able to ignore enemies even hitting you, or make a build which one-shots enemies passively around you if they are lower level. Whereas having a vault of your level would require you to be more careful.
