You could take some inspiration from multi story car parks for the stone platform area. Most are pretty bad, but have a squint at some of the ones in nicer/posh areas. Another idea is to look at some Quay Walls. again these come in a near infinite different styles around the world.

Idea for stone transition between levels: retaining walls, stone brick or red brick (textured of course) with a railing is what they would do in a city. No gradual hills, just a wall and maybe stairs. Pulling plastic was fantastic! Give Tango your cats in his starter base (it keeps spawning exploding creepers).

maybe you can add a retaining wall around the little slopes and hills you have. like walls that cut off the stairs and little slopes

Some tiny anlleys and sides entrances like where you built the sidewall would further add depth to the street

That's a nice mix of colorful boxes as a single building. It's like looking in the back of a delivery truck.

to be fair, i think something that could add up to the chaos style could be patches of mycelium block on flat surfaces with the stone and other grey gradient blocks, it has kind of grey/purple tone and could look good with other grey blocks

The style you're going for is very reminiscent to skaterpunk and urban industrial styles so maybe you could take inspiration from that? You know, railings, graffiti, structured stone walls with art on them, lots of rusting metals and pollution. It could be cool!

For anyone reading this, PC on the floor isn't the greatest, especially if you have pets. Either way, computers should be dusted fairly regularly. For twenty bucks or so you can get a little motorized sure blower with little nozzles and brushes to make sure you keep the dust off of the bits and pieces of your devices. Dust causes things to have trouble getting rid of heat and that excess heat can cause damage over time. And dust buildup in fans will destroy the bearings and make them louder and louder until they finally no longer work.
