Today i'm playing on the 1.13 Hermitcraft Season 6 World.
In this episode we go to the G-Team Base to raid it and try to find the first flag banner.. but it isn't as easy as it seems.. A Grian made Challange awaits us, but can we conquer it without loosing all of our 15 lives?

Honestly the longer this goes on the less likely if I were in the position of other hermits I would want anything to do with Grian. He's a consummate entertainer and clearly his energy is infectious, he's fun to be around and alters the dynamics of the server in a good way so his inclusion to the white list has merit. However he has some toxic fandom attached and it's at best illogical but at its worst heinous and demoralizing.

Going to be honest, I was expecting and hoping for as much hilarity as we got from Grian's testrun with Stress (she is so funny and the whole thing had us crying with laughter). But you were so skillful, careful, and clever about this that it was honestly just really impressive and equally entertaining. You did an amazing job. This whole war has been so fun and entertaining and I'm sorry some people are being ridiculously silly and rude and awful about it in the comments. You give my 8-year-old and I something we can safely enjoy together that we both genuinely love and find entertaining, plus we've learned so much from you guys for when we play together too. I watched Mumbo and Grian's infiltration first (which is strange as I don't watch their videos as often) and saw Grian's commentary on his flag being stolen. Coming over here to see that you LITERALLY were in the base while he was bumming about losing the flag was hilarious. Good sportsmanship on not taking Iskall's flag when you had the opportunity (I know you didn't trust it, but still - you could have gotten two before he had a chance to finish his challenge). Great content False!

Actually, there was a glass layer. The hermits aren't allowed to break blocks during "capture the flag", so they couldn't have gotten it. I agree with the rest of it though.

Grian said at the initial meeting what the rules were and that if someone broke a rule that it was no big deal BECAUSE IT IS ALL ABOUT HAVING FUN. He also said that he expected someone to get his flag but he hoped it would claim some lives. I didn't see any rule against using ender pearls. But it was never really made clear to us viewers whether enderpearls were allowed, seeming as they bypass many of the defenses on either side. Much like elytra would. So many people get angry at their use. Add that to Doc simply refusing to undertake Grian's trials because False already did them, and it'll definitely grind some people's gears. Even if he only went in to gather some footage.

Using a potion would not have been cheating. Finding intelligent ways to circumvent traps, or set them up so they can't be skipped is what makes it fun. You might have an argument for that if it was stated in the entrance signs, this being a challenge run instead of a true trap, but it wasn't.

All these people accusing team star of cheating are honestly just being rude. I'm rooting for G team so of course I'm a little disappointed they got through this so easily, but they did it completely fair. I can see the point about Doc using enderpearls since he could have lost some lives if he'd tried to get through normally, but the challenge was taken on by False and he was basically just spectating. Crouching in the infinity room is also just a natural response to entering a suspicious looking room. I'm pretty sure that's actually how you're supposed to get through it. There was no cheating at all, it just wasn't all that fun to watch. Anyone calling team star cheaters is just acting like a baby.

I have been watching Grian's videos and he always is positive about what other people do, therefore I think that you had a very good strategy and aced the path to his flag. Grian hid puffer fish in one of the elevators as a prank for the infiltrator to die, he tested it himself. If you hadn't had used the stairs, and used the elevator, you would have died. I think you did a very good job, and I think Grian did a good job in his flag challenge.

I'm surprised you didn't just ender pearl past the parkour and trick Grian's lava trap to be turned off as you went through, but that's so sporting of you to not bypass it. Question, for you: What happened to your gear? Up to 10:50, you had items in your toolbar, but at 10:51, after you waited for night to set your bed spawn, your equipment went away. Hey False, nicely done. I only started watching your vids after Grian tagged you months ago, and have since gone back and watched this whole season. I love your design style, your base is gorgeous. When I watched Grian build these traps all I could think was, just wait until False sees this, she's going to ace it no problems. After watching you in Hardcore Hermits and seeing how fast you did the Tag HQ parkour, I knew Grian's traps wouldn't stand up to your ninja powers. Grian did a fantastic job putting it all together, but yeah, nothing you couldn't handle. Props!
