re lighting inside, could the central column be glowstone? I feel like glowstone is a hard texture to incorporate on most builds and since sea lanterns were added, glowstone is almost never used by anyone, and if it is, it's covered by trapdoors. If it was ever going to work in a build, a magical themed build would be it though

I am not surprised Welsknight has pretty much gone from the server lately. All the work he did on the nether hub to come up with something original, only have have it all torn down to be replaced with an old idea. I'd be pretty miffed too.

Hello False, you´re an amazing builder and you just saved me. I wanted to bild a tiny clock tower and I just couldn´t get the clock right, so I looked at yours and it even inspired me to do curved roof out of clay (that one that looks good only when built by a builder like you or Grian) and I actually got it to look pretty decent :) So thanks for helping by inspiring not just me but also everyone around.

the clock tower looks amazing and is a brilliant addition to your base area that is really coming together nicely . I think it would be awesome if you added some note blocks to the tower hooked up to daylight sensors so that you could have it automatically chime at the start and end of each day.

Chicken statue relocation update: Iskall's new arctic research base is suspiciously devoid of chicken statues. It has redstonery inside, but the outside is clear. Perhaps a chicken statue encased in ice? Oooh, or maybe under the ice, upside down with the legs sticking out of the ice sheet.

Clock tower looks great, the ground around the base could use some terraforming though. The straight line into the cliff face makes it look a little odd. The view from the tower is awesome. A+ work.

for the torches on the pole in the middle of the stairs, put item frames behind them and put either purple concrete, purple carpet, purple lass or quartz slab or stone slab or anvil to make them more fancy :) i really like the tower :)

The hermits should schedule a week where no one is allowed to use Elytra. They would have to be resourceful and use things like horses, the nether hub and the giant railway system. It would be an interesting wrench to throw into the mix.

Looks good! An idea for adding note block sounds is to have them activate using daylight sensors. Observers can be used to monitor changes in the power level output of the daylight sensors. This way the sounds will play several times as the light level changes throughout the day. Also, won't the bell look a little small in such a large building?

you should put a spire on top of the clock tower's roof, maybe using cobblestone walls, that might make it look more natural. looks really good though!
