Hey X I was playing in my survival world and noticed that if you have frost walker boots on you don’t take damage from camp fires could you look into that with some myth busting. I don’t remember if I saw anything about it just thought it was interesting. Love the videos keep up the amazing work

Frost walker people have a rougher time But we have pros 1: walk over water and never make a bridge 2:frost walker 2 stays frozen during the nightime and melts in day, so hyperboat convoys for coast to coast transport is fun 3: we dont have tobbn worry bout magma or campfires, but i dont stand on campfires anyways 4: we can drown opponents

they should go in the hotbar and while in the hotbar it puts a totem on your hip outside the armor (I assume the holding it is for pvp reasons so you know they have it)

Love you work and it's great seeing how you use the Reply Mod super well! We can all see the hard work you put into the episode! However I have a few questions: 1. Wasn't the raid farm meant to be worked on by all the hermits? 2. How come you didn't just use your current pillager outpost farm and edited it? 3. What's the point of the sandstone spawning platforms when you could remove the water you have on the inside of the farm you placed? (Seems counter intuitive?) 4. What's going to happen with your old pillager outpost farm? 5. Will this be free to use by all the hermits? Some other comments: - you should make a shop selling the loot you get from the pillagers (ie. Totem of Undying, Heads, Banners) - you should create a villager trading hall there as with 'hero of the village' you'll have super cheap trades - great idea to make the area look pretty and hook up a proper nether tunnel

That only works in single player. On a server, which HermitCraft is, the same number of chunks around a player will always be loaded into the servers memory, regardless of what the game clients render distance has been set to.

I think you can use crossbows for fuel. My frugal soul just doesn't like to see useful things being thrown away, and I do this with fishing rods and bowls at my AFK fishing setup. The bows I craft into dispensers, and disenchant everything first, of course.

interesting way to set up a farm. I'd probably combine it with a villager trading area as well, due to a: hero of the village trading benefits b: if you have to move in 2 villagers anyway, making an infinite breeder isn't all that hard. Breed 1 manually, and you have all you need for an infinite breeder. c: getting my enchanted books and whatnot is always the best when they're the cheapest d: it could double as an afk clay farm if you put enough masons around your afk spot. And that's a material that wasn't renewable before 1.14

You don’t actually need the platforms, just place stone/any solid block other than grass where you put water to prevent the outpost spawning + allow the raiders to spawn. I.e, replace the water inside the octagon with spawnable blocks other than grass.

You should put dispencers with water in the ground so if you dont want to use it just pull a lever that is connected with the dispencer and the pillagers wont spawn

Honestly, in my opinion, the best use for suspicious stew is as a poor man's regeneration potion. Especially in UHC or in desperate situations where you're on the verge of death. It won't heal much, but sometimes, that's better than nothing.
