Those pressure plates (the ones on the ice) are going to make a random outcome where you may fall or complete and where the door may open or not. Off topic, how would a person who obviously does not speak the language pronounce your name? I am American but very bad at other languages (most people I know speak at least some of another language). I took Spanish in high school for all the good it did me- no one who I met after that had Spanish as a first language spoke that way! Brazil, Spain, Mexico, no one used the version I was taught, and I got laughed at. #HERMITCRAFTQUESTION how the people is selected to join in hermitcraft, for example grian, how and why he was selected

I am 99% sure that Grian was invited before but simply didn't join. Especially not when he had Minecraft Evolution going on. As for why? I think it's basically a word of mouth thing. If someone who plays Minecraft alone and gets a decent popularity and has a decent personality, they probably send an invite. But I am also suspicious that they invited quite a lot of people that are on other things like the scicraft server and that those lot of people, like biffa, simply aren't interested in going from vanilla project to vanilla project, or in the scicraft server, simply want to absolutely manipulate everything that can be manipulated, which kinda breaks the purpose of hermitcraft. Not that that is any official question, but based on previously made statements by hermits, inactive hermits and non-hermits, I am fairly certain that the answer given wouldn't be too far off from the above. I might be fully misinformed ofcourse, but I don't think they invite new people without current invitations being denied or hermits officially going inactive.
