The sand cost more because the Shulker Box was called shiny sand (5 diamonds) while the other was just sAnD (4 diamonds). Also there was a baby artic fox, because all newly added mobs after a certain update had the chance for baby mobs however, original mobs did not. Finally make the area a fox (maybe pet) playroom.

The baby spawning thing you’re thinking about applies to the old mobs. So the newer ones sometimes spawn babies already, but the old school mobs like pigs and sheep and cows never used to... this update is going to let them spawn as babies as well.
