Currently there are 400 trees for every 1 person on earth, this means there are around 2,800,000,000,000 trees on earth. Adding 20 million trees will literally affect nothing because with 20 million trees that would be 0.0028 trees per person. Adding 20 million trees would only be a 0.7 increase of trees. There will literally be a tiny affect to our atmosphere.

In the storage room, you could replace the scaffolding with trapdoors (Probably spruce for this build), and put ladders on the trapdoors. It creates a really slim access ladder that doesn't take up very much room

If you die. IF. You should make a trap with harming potions since the iron armor is still relatively strong with the enchantments, and since harming potions go through armor they might kill a player, but dont spam them as totems of undying exists.

Something that would save more inventory space for carrying around saturation suspicious stew would be to bring one bowl, and a whole stack of orchids and mushrooms. As long as you aren't in a panic situation you can just craft up more as needed

You know what I think would be pretty interesting? What if we were to make a video that showed where each Hermitcraft member was 5 years ago? If the hermit was not on KZbin or Twitch or any social media 5 years ago, then their first video would be shown. Trap idea for demise: Make a huge plane area of TNT under people's bases, and then put a pressure plate on top, just like the desert temple, but put some observer in the middle of the TNT, so if the hermits find out about the TNT before pressing the pressure plate, they will dig the TNT and activate it with the observers I know that it will destroy the whole base and all, but it was so good of an idea that I needed to put here in the comments

You could still put a comparator right behind the wool shulker boxes in IDEA. Then put an observer right above which detect the state change of the comparator when the box is empty! Doesn't work, however, if you want to detect when it's just low on items.

If you do decide that you want the farms to be triggered less often, you could always just use a tried-and-true Ethoclock. I'm actually surprised how rare Ethoclocks have become despite them being the gold standard for long-period clocks and timers.

I like that your hermitcraft episodes feel very relaxed and laid back, as opposed to other hermits that have a different style to their videos and editing, where they fit whatever it is they need to say in a short clip and then move on to the next thing, which that can make the video feel rushed and stressful in my opinion! You should talk to Grian about setting up a mini game that's super difficult but the reward is the one and only full diamond armor able to be used during Demise. But it's not like your guy's regular armor. no unbreaking. Just prot 2 on all the pieces with curse of vanishing and the boots have feather falling 1.
