Par isn’t usually the lowest number of shots you can get. It’s what’s average or what you’ll get if you do it well. If it was the best you could do (as you set it on most of the holes) then you wouldn’t have need for a ‘birdie’ (one shot less than par) or an ‘eagle’ (two shots less than par). Cubfan had the right idea by making his par one more than you got because you did improbably well.

Mumbo’s starting position was like that so that if you’re all the way forward, the hopper picks it up and puts the ball back at the start (essentially punishing trying to be cheeky)

2 things: par isn't the best possible score, it's the average score, and when you draw yourself for secret santa you're supposed to put it back and draw again

I have a feeling I know what that video mentioned at the end will be. An announcement that Season 6 is wrapping soon, and Season 7 will be 1.15. Grian mentioned how he was out of stuff for Season 6 with the ending of Demise, so I'm guessing after the Demise after(-life)-party, we'll see the tying of last notes, and an update. I was kinda hoping S6 would last through 1.15, and have 1.16 be the next season, due to how amazing the Nether looks like it'll be in the next update. Ah well, it does work either way, technically...

I think they'll probably reset the Season 7 Nether when 1.16 releases. There is also the remote possibility that they might start S7 in the 1.16 snapshots when they start coming out, assuming they're reasonably stable. I find that improbable, however.

You did the same error as in the last golf episodes many months ago. You don't score "Par 5" on courses when you finish in 5 shots. Par is the Professional Average Rate, assigned to courses based on the average amount of shots experts. You're still able to score below that score, landing Birdie, Eagle, etc. or above it, landing Bogey, Double Bogey, etc. Edit: The error happened earlier in the video. When he later gave scores to the stages, he used the par term correct

Some of the courses have their par listed too low. Cubs first trick shot hole has a par 3, which is only possible if you get good dispenser luck. If your dispenser luck is perfect you can get it in 2, but realistically it should be at least par 4.

Signs have character limits, not width limits. Most of the players on the server are pretty bad at reading and writing so spelling errors are the norm.

In your golf entrance, you could have it where hermits could buy the balls they like the best, or make custom rare shop exclusive balls with names; sell 'em for like 1 iron ingot or something. As for thee other side of the golf entrance, you could put an armor stand with a putter (hoe) and make a swinging shot pose with a sign of him saying "FOUR!". Or something like that I don't know XD

If you ever desire a bit bigger golf course, I made some (creative though) on a pre 1.13 world. One course of 18 holes themed around ice, one themed inside a cave ( my favorite) and another giant one in the nether, except I thik i failed to finish teh 18th hole, so I got 3 courses which are really fun to do (environmental and some redstone)
