Thanku maam its a very good lecture. But please add differential diagnosis through clinical evaluation it is also very usefull for our futur drs and for exam purposes. There is such examinations which differentiate hernia from hydrocele that is called get above the swelling. Thee is more examination for confirmatory test for direct /indirect inguinal and femoral hernia that is called as 3 finger test. You can also tell students to also check clinically for the contents of the sac by feeling the consistency of the content of herniated sac. Surface anatomy must included in any of surgical diseases. Because surface anatomy is the main piller of any surgical intervention. So please include as much as the above listed points maam. You are doing so well maam. Sorry i dont want to hurt you. Please Don't take it otherwise. You are doing a very good efforts maam but these are such points which are fluently asked by thr examiner either in the exam paper or the viva exam and these points also increases clinical knowledge of a scholar so please if u feel it rightfull then include such points in the video so the lengthy part would be explained to the students very easily.
