This anime is good but it leaves a feeling that something was missing at the beginning of the story, for example, it's as if we were told to watch the Lord of the Rings from the second film onwards and there wasn't the first film to explain why the journey, who the characters are and what is the reason for the actions taken by the characters in the other two films! I watched it so many years ago... I've wanted to get into chain Chronicle but it always felt like both the anime and the manga starts in the middle of things so I always put it back down immediately.
