Do not buy this, the battery replacement cost is very expensive, they are charging 10,500/- for 36v 5.8AH battery. And no spares available.......

Aik baat batao, Itni privacy kyu h aapke yaha Markit me aapki cycle ka spare parts available nahi h na online, Na aapki website per koi 29000 Rs ki cycle khreede khraabi aane per koi sunwai nahi. 2 saal chalti h inki kyunki mere pass hero lectro c5 H. This is not Comfortable I'm not satisfied Yours Service Bhai Koi cycle Khreede Pehle Markit me Iski repair Ho Sakti H ya nahi. Jo samaan mil bhi jaata H to woh costly bhut H. Cycle life only 3 year mushkil se.

@@HeroLectro sir, I am using glide TX, since last year july.....!!! !! Last year durga puja one constable stopped me for hero lectro first time he see a e-cycle and very curious about to get it,listening all the features And asking me if is there any ladies model for her daughter. he took a test ride after that he disappointed that top speed is just 24kmph and range is 25km. Than told me that he will purchase two model one for him and another for her daughter if the top speed will be slightly higher ~30/32kmph and little longer milage ~50km. So In that case sir hero can mention in their website "according to govt. Rules and Regulation top speed is limited 25kmph and if you ride above the mentioned speed limit in any public place in that case responsibilities is yours ,But in any private place you can ride with above 25kmph" make an option leaving for us to unlock the Speed limiter and additional battery mountain point. 🙏🙏🙏 My daily journey is about to 39-42km Sometimes 51/53km so all the time I have to carry the charger 🥺

@@HeroLectro Not true, they are charging 8500 + 2000 for fixing, after complaining they reduced 1000 Rs. which is not worth for a 36v 5ah battery.

95% of the problems mentioned here could have been prevented had they used 32650 cells instead of 18650 cells 🙄

I really hate that you can sell entire bike online but cannot sell it's major spares over there. You should at least sell battery , motor, controller on amazon / flipkart.
