Very Nice! I have just finished the last of the furniture in the base set (with a couple of orcs still to paint before moving onto mythic and the expansions). Love your videos. They are relaxing and great inspiration. My painting is getting better and I am trying things I never would have thought of or considered possible. After a busy day, heroquest mini painting is now a default to unwinding activity Thank you!

The Horror turned out amazing! Great job. You use shades that don’t exist anymore, unfortunately. None of the gloss variants seem to exist. I just bought some gloss medium to mix in with my non-gloss shades in the hope that it achieves about the same effect. Thanks for being such a great source of inspiration. I mentioned that I was following along and painting. Over the holidays, my daughters, my niece and I (Zargon) crushed through the first four missions and had a ton of fun. We are already planning when we can continue the adventure.

They don't do gloss anymore?!? Oh man haha I'm sorry. You could always mix, like you're trying, or put a gloss coat overtop as an extra step. It's not incredibly important but it does help the undercoat blend with the metallics for areas you miss or purposely aren't painting. Haha that's awesome! And thank you so much!

Just an intro game with Maruchan to teach the rules heheh. She wasn't a fan of the app, so we're gonna try again with a full group and DM. I hope to get a campaign going in the new year cause the set is looking SIIIICK

Excuse meeee.... Actually? It is a little known fact that Frozen Horrors (horifus freezii) have no actual relationship to Yetti, or Sasquatch OR Abominable Snow Persons! And actually, the fact that it is using the Ice Variant of the asymmetrical post Cambrian off handed double bladed battle axe (which it is wielding in its non off hand because Frozen Horrors are actually right handed, which is CLEARLY a tributary reference to Jimi Hendrix) is indicative of its superior intelligence which it actually uses to mentally dominate the Ice Gremlins, which are actually its prey in its native habitat. So actually, if you are going to, like, actually paint these rare and beautiful creatures, you might at least mention that their habitat is actually endangered by Barbarian--encroachment, which is becoming a major issue. Actually.

@@notyourmothershobbies Actually, although I have often dreamed of obtaining that knowledge - no Barbarian woman has ever given me the time of day.... or even an annoyed look. Mostly they ignore me. I'm afraid I will be no help to you at all. 😭
