yes, it is a Will of Thanos rune word, it gives buff Combat Orders which increases HP and Mana. Eye of Rakhul gives it as well, combined they can give you level 16 buff which is 40% HP and mana, which is one of the biggest boost to dps and qol. Buff lasts for 6 minutes instead of 3 mins if you get combat orders to at least i believe level 15 overall. So you swap to second slot weapon, buff Combat Orders and swap to you main weapon. Repeat after 6 minutes

why do you use the armor with 6 pristine ruby?

Besides +6 to fire skills it gives +10% life increased each in total of +60% to Life
