For both the Scholar and Quickstep - while the ilvl of the item can be ANY to make the base, you need an ilvl 100+ base to get the maximum amount of stats (stats like elemental damage and stamina are affected by the ilvl and the quality)

You can get them with real money or from seasonal rewards, example: youre high up on the leaderboards when a season is finished

Thanks for the tips, im new player currently on Hell 1, Necromancer lv 98, I have some questions -do I need to just farm gear Satanic, improve it with Rubies adn continue to hell 2? -does the best way to get rubies is sell satanics? -do resistances are important in early game? I noticed that damage reduction% is better. Thanks in advance.

First I wanna say big thanks for watching, you're awesome! Hope you find some videos helpful! Both resistance and reduction are important but getting a good resistance is more important. My milestones before going in to hell 1 is to have around 20-30%positive resistance and 30-40k reduction (hardcore then). And I usually fix my resistance by getting one good all resistance gear piece (like prismatic potion or satanic eye) + using resistance runes in my gear. I would not upgrade my satanics (with rubies/upgrade tokens) until I have my lategame gear or if I get a good set (like the zeus' set) I usually upgrade them to around 5/10. Best way to rubies is to sell stuff on AH, but yes you also will sell alot of satanics to the vendor too! When going into hell 2 it's gonna be mostly about your damage ( + you need maxed out resistance). If you don't oneshoot the normal moobs you want to stay on hell 1.

It can help a lot with my resistence issues, also which runewords do you recommend me to get? For a non-powerful gear player, I hope not bother with the questions, thank you.

@@moonlightnexus4273 No you wanna stay at hell, because on hell your unlock higher tier drops and the lowest satanic tier you can get is B on hell. I recommend stacking up MF gear on your mercenary and just keep farming act bosses or farming camp of souls if you got the braggite quest. The runewords all depends on your build. But there're some cheap universal you can buy early like the zeus, uabel, battle worn you can try and get!

@@Zekurias then I gonna get a mercenary like you say, never had try mercenary before, for continue farming satanics, do you recommend me do all act bosses zones including the boss in hell (for satanics + levels)? And do you recommend me another class (new player budget friendly) that is good with defense and fast speed farming? I'm like I told you using Necromancer currently lv 98, it kills really fast but it is so squishy, I read that people says that Pirate is the best farmer for the MF passive. Thanks again.
