Bhai aapke jugad seh bhi sasta jugad get a rubber band which fitts on the edges snuggle and tightly on place of the low quality rubber and if someone thinks that the rubber may leak or dust can enter the use two rubber in place of one gasket. And point mentionable is that the rubber bands should be new not the olds one should buy from a shop for just this work recommend. ❤❤

I have started doing regular maintenance on my bike thanks to youtubers like you. But electrical connections still puzzles me. Could you make videos illustrating electrical connections and installation of fog light and mobile chargers using stock connectors. The user manual does not explain the sockets and even if extra sockets are provided in the harness the technicians cut open the ignition wires to install peripherals. I have tried the service manuals even there the I could not find the details about the sockets installed. A video on sockets relays and installation of electrical accessories would be helpful.

Hi Jeet bhai i am one ofyour subscribers from west bengal. I have apache 180 dual channel abs bike,BS 3 model. For the past few days my bikes abs fuse is fusing and malfunction light is glowing. I checked abs sensor and toner ring ,all seems to be ok but when i am crossing 10kmph speed it is fusing all the time whatever I am applying the break or not. Can you give me some tip to fix this up. There is no authorised service senter in my locality,nearest one is almost 100km away. Thankyou.

Use M-seal clear RTV gasket maker if you don't have glue gun. Correct me if i wrong. Clear RTV takes few hour to become solid and easy to apply on corners of glass cap of Indicator.

Indicator cleanng,,, u touched that point no one thought of it !!! U should hv told the kind of glue u used. It is indicators that saves riders lives in such dangerous road conditions.. It is utmost important to keep them in good condition. Whether two wheelers of other brands also get dust n mud lime splendor does? U should hv told it.

Bhaskar Bhai try reverse gear in 3wheeler modified scooters like Activa pleasure Jupiter etc., for physically handicapped people, try it. I saw many people that they are facing a problem to reverse even 1 inch. I helped them many times in my local city. In today's EV scooters they r providing a reverse gear technique speed 5km/ hr for example baja chetak, Revolt etc. Hope u got my point👉. If it's possible there will be a helpfull innovation from you to these Handicapped people.

Brother please reply, please 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Bhai meri r15 v3 bs4, 28000 kms chal chuka hai, 3.8 years old par ab isme woh tik tik sound ho raha hai. Aur gear me daalke + clutch daba k + khare hoke jab accelerate karta hu toh lagta hai timing chain ka v sound aata hai. Mai gari hamesha 45 - 70 kmph pe chalata hu aur kabhi kabhi 80 - 90 (No rough driving) . Mai itna details isiliye dey raha hu kyu ki mujhe tum bahod jyada pasand ho, agar hamare yaha pey tumhara jaisa ek engineer hota toh mai 150 km dur hone sey v tumhare paas aa jata. Alas! That's not possible. Mai hamesha sey mere ghar sey 75 km dur authorised service centre sey servicing karwata hu, par ab wahaka main engine mechanic kaam chod dia hai, jo log waha pe 3-4 months pahele gaadi dhone kaa kam karte ab woh log kaam karte hai. Final baat yeh hai ki meri gaadi ka kya problem ho sakta hai? Pleeeeeeease reply. Bahot pareshan raheta hu iske liye. Please🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
