Man, even in the beginning Jim Lee acted like a seasoned veteran. He's a boss!

Genesis Squonk he was seasoned, I think this is maybe like 1994 or 95 and Jim Lee he had been drawing since the 80s

Jeez. I used to have this on VHS back in the day. I really liked this because is was the one thing they were doing different from Wizard. Very cool little peak behind the curtain. I wonder how difficult this was to arrange at the time...

Seeing their works, Mr. Jim Lee and Walden Wong inspire me more. I am doing a Hulk vs Akuma. It was simple. I am just guessing what to do and how to do it.

Fricking awesome find! ;) I loved Wizard and Hero, I remember buying Hero once it came out and stopping Wizard, just because it was new, ended up getting Wizard again of course when it was cancelled. :P

I used to love Hero more than wizard. they tried to go beyond the superhero genre. they helped me widen my views on what comics could be a a medium.

Not that surprising. It's a difficult name, especially if you've never heard it pronounced before.

Any of these image guys will blame 'speculators' (i.e. The fans) for the industry imploding but just looking at this video you can see why it collapsed. Everyone and their Grandma was putting out a comic during the 90s.
@atenakehnaton39657 жыл бұрын
It was the fans. Fans supported shit so they made shit and when speculators realized this stuff was never going to be worth money and the actual fans realized they were buying the same material ad nauseam and prices were going to high people left. The bubble burst.
