Some buff levels might be "too high". What I mean is that with some buff levels Rufus might not be revived because the final hit will be a physical attack most of the time as compared to other buff levels where the final hit will be Celeste's magic attack which will revive Rufus.

I tried this and in 2-3 games only arachne was left but it killed my entire team so i went for 75 buffs (BIG MISTAKE) and then 75 tries later i buffed to the max i had 125 and i won 1 try in AUTO (i am not fast enough in manual)

you have a minimum of 29 in the branches of the tree.

Yes, this account has a better tree + golden pass, valkyrie. On my friends account the maximum tree is 15 and not a buyer and it took 13 tries (1 timed out)

Hi, Cornelius. I've killed the 270 level Boss just a minute before using Cornelius/ Bisquit instead of Celeste. Cornelius is the BEST. I've got to improve him now !!!

Hey, I would not improve Cornelius only because of this event! In regular pvp and pve he might have some uses but there are many heroes I would suggest to improve before going for Cornelius!

Hey I use the recommended team and had like 30 tries and never won against 250, I am now on 60 Buff and still cant kill the Boss! What is the problem here? o.O

I have a question. Which branch of the tree is more important to win healer or magician? I have both branches at level 34 and can raise them to level 39. I have 105 bufs and I can't pass level 270.

@@blindamber Sorry for the late reply. There is a lot to do during this event ;-). Have you finished this boss by now? If not you might want to try the Cornelius team some KZbinrs posted. It might have a lower chance compared to this one but it works in auto mode and might actually work better than this team at some buff levels (like if your current buff level leads to your Rufus dying early on). I hope that Cornelius team solves it for you!

@lukaspulut3162 By now I am not sure whether or not the Tree of Wisdom really affects these battles or not. Its hard to tell. Anyway, I doubt gaining a few levels in the Tree will matter a lot and after the event you might regret having used your valuable Asgard resources. Therefore I suggest to try something else than upgrading your Tree. Maybe its best to try the Cornelius team? I made no video about it but other KZbinrs did. It might be cheaper to run that one 10-20 times as compared to buying more buffs and trying this in manual mode. Also here is a great comment from a friend of mine: @nomerciganitam3534 İf rufus survive more than 20 secondes you musnt up the buff. more buff doesnt mean rufus ll survive more. rufus must die at the begining with magic damage. if not you ll lost him at the begining. so try to change axel and oliver on rufus markus. and 2nd sugestion: try Aurora-Cain Markus-axel Celeste-Merlin or khorus Sebastian-fenris Heidi-albus AXEL team pet.

I wonder if Rufus is better than Chabba for 250 and 260 too. I never thought to try him. This one is way easier than the Galahad Aurora event boss though for sure. Pretty easy to get enough buffs even with fairly minimal investment in outland chests all week.

Do you lose your Jungle Buffs each day? I had 50 and the next day I had 0 in Jungle Buffs. I did beat 240 up to then. Thanks for the help.

As far as I know you only loose the buff after you won the fight. So you bought 50 after you beat 240? And then the 50 were gone? First time I hear this. Sorry if this really is what happened!

Hey, I am not sure I find the time to do it today sorry. The mechanics and the team are the same though. Only the buff level will be different. I would not start with a high buff level right away. Maybe start with something like 30-40? If Rufus has a decent chance to survive till Celeste is in healing form better not buy more buffs. At least thats the best I can suggest currently.

Rufus and Marcus die in seconds. Marcus lasts longer with Axel, but this fight does not last 10 seconds with 105 forge bonus.

doesn't work for me - multiple tries with 85 buff. I'll admit I'm not good in manual mode but my team gets wiped out before I have much of a chance to do any skills 🙄

Hey, maybe its best to try the Cornelius team? I made no video about it but other KZbinrs did. It might be cheaper to run that one 10-20 times as compared to buying more buffs and trying this in manual mode.

Sorry to hear this :-(. At which buff level did you start trying 270? I think some buff levels make Rufus die from a physical damage attack instead of barely surviving it and getting hit by Celeste's magic attack that revives Rufus. Therefore, for some players it might work with buff 40-50 but not work with buff 55 to X ? As it might also depend on the tree its not easy to find out specific numbers :/. For now I can only suggest to try a different team like the Cornelius team some KZbinrs show in their videos.

with your team and 50 buff I had 2 draws then after the defeats I decided to change teams Cornéliuse(Biscuit), Heidi(cain), Sébastien(Fenris), Marcuse(axel), Chabba (Olivier) and Axel as a pet, with this team I had a draw once because arachne only heals itself otherwise I lose the rest, yet I have 110 buff....@@CorneliusSecrets

Buff 105 and decimated 12 times in a row... tree of wisdom is SO impactful in these events. Average of 15 tree is... not fun lol.

It might be that at some buff level its worse as compared to lower buff levels (because the energy regeneration changes with buff levels and this could lead to bad timings of skill activation). If this is the case for you I guess the only thing you can do is buy more buffs or try other teams. Have you already checked other youtube herowars channels for their level 270 teams? Currently I do not have another solution to offer for this boss.
