You can't consider the guild and punish the player and you can't consider the fact that you change guild, there are many reasons that lead you to do it and it's also an expense. It doesn't even matter what the 4/5 years you played were. Disappointed and angry is unfair

On one account I got 250k from two different servers. With this amount and some effort, all key aspects of the event including achieving all 28 skins should be possible. With over 2 million, that's just breaks the game. What is that 300,000 skin stones? Just because you entered a guild?

I spent around 50k emeralds and got 20k and other guild / players got 2 mil for doing nothing....How should this be fair? Our guild was #1 on the server with 500K points in advance to #2. Now we are #4 with 10 Mil (!) behind rank 3....Sorry but this really broke the event completely and makes it a bad joke...

They forgot to reset the ratings of last year, my guild switched to a new server, so the rating was 0 and we got 10,000 balls each, other guilds paid much more, like Olympus for 2 million, the developers disappoint, there is less desire to play

The developpers are utter crap! I have send message to them saying how disrecpectful it is to set up THE most time consuming event in the game right over Xmas: "Area of conquest". This is really unfair when many are with family during this time and have no time to give to this event. I don't think I will carry on giving my money to those people for much longer.

Thats not true, on our server, many people sped 200 or 400 euro, and all was resettet. All have become a delete from 1 million bubbles. and have become your message with 50k.... the biggest thiefs in gaming history

Baubles reward was given for 2023+2024 Christmas Tree level before the wipe (so the max level of Christmas Tree at the end of the event in 2023 + the levels gathered in the first hours of 2024). Guilds created after 2023 Winterfest (and of course new servers, which had their first Winterfest) got amount only for 2024 Christmas Tree. It totally breaks the ballance of the game.

many people thinks that this compensation is based on the guild's last winter event performance. Nexter should answer how they calculate compensation. If so, Nexter's calculation is wrong, then the solution could be to give all active players same amount of bubbles, for example. 2 million per each person. Some players who already received compensation bubbles already spent it to get items, they already know that if he spent bubbles into items, Nexter cannot take items back. They already have similar experience. Taking away bubbles which is already given is not an answer. Give users really Christmas bonus! 2 million bubbles Nexter.

They said it was unfair that last year's scores and rankings remained, so they reset the ranks, but the compensation was based on last year's rankings. Isn't this essentially the same as before the reset? It's not fair at all to give players an even bigger bubble given the influence of last year. I got about 600 k baubles while the top guild got more then 1 milion.. this totally broke the ranking for top 10 getting totems, I was in the top 10 and was probably going to get the totem (had spent around 160 k emeralds but then got kicked down from other players getting a lot more babubles and easily passes me without doing anything. Now I kinda feel I spent all those emeralds to waste since I wanted the totem, I would probably not have spent all that if I knew I was not going to get the totem.. Well well, the presents are also very useful. :)

Zeus, problem not only in compensation. On my server two non-existing guild got 88 Mil(!) rank in first hour after event start. Guilds with 3 member with 0 (zero) activity. After event reset both guild have same rank, still :)

Zeus, the amount of baubles do not depend on the guild's contribution to the tree before the reset. In one of my accounts, we did not contribute to the tree at all before the reset, and we don't contribute to the tree much in general, but everyone received 1m baubles. In another account, we have 4 people who have lost 100k emeralds each due to the reset, and our members received only 400k baubles. I cannot understand how they determine the amount!!!

Let's see here. I'm relatively new to the game. But, I spend money. I have maxed out on Augustus during that event and I maxed Ninja Turtles and completed everything else in that event. Plus, I spend on Titans. I keep the Champion Season and Silver Season active. Adventurer's Compass, too. I was going to buy a Winter Fest Bundle tonight. I'm glad that I just saw this video. This is theft. Plain and simple. I am quitting this game. I really enjoyed watching your videos, Zeus. I learned a lot from them. I am jumping off of this train after this though.

Poll will have 2 groups of people: 1'st group: people from the guilds, which participated in Winterfest2023 (also people, which moved to the older servers, and joined the guilds, which participated in Winterfest2023) -> these people will be very happy, because they've got bubbles for max WF2023 + few hours of WF2024; 2'nd group: people from the guilds, which didn't exist at the Winterfest2023 (so: all new servers + people recreating the guilds at the same or higher servers) - these people got almost nothing (only the baubles from first hours of WF2024). It looks like the Christmas Tree is saved in Guild info, so even if you would create brand new account, and joined some old guild at the old server - you would get insane amount of bubbles without doing anything (from WF2023 Christmas Tree).

First thing I did was go back and 'gift back' everyone who sent me a gift (in years past, I always got more gifts than I had resources to return a gift to everyone). I don't believe in this game anymore. The events such as Winterfest that many players attend and make a lot of money for Nexters, unfrotunately ruined by stupid decision makings by the developers with little to no real preparation to the event. They made a huge mistake by forgetting to reset the year and cancelling out so many gifts that was given in the first part of the event, meanwhile leaderboard reset but the compensation is no where near fair and just but a total clownfiesta. By giving millions of baubles compensation to so many people who don't really deserve it and giving 20k of baubles to players who actually spent a lot of resources, they allowed the undeserved people to roam in leaderboards of Winterfest and as a result they get the big prizes instead of people who could have been there. Thus giving a huge advantage to wrong people and they fucked up even bigger time than their first big mistake, claiming that this is the fix.. This is how bad and shameless they are, it is unbelievable and this is the last of it, this is the last drop that has fallen... Noone will invest so much of this game if they don't do anything right now but its probably too late...

@@Olympushw and one guildmate spended nearly 2 mios (he alone was the reason that we where rank 1 last year^^) and he got 210k while i spended MAX 120k and 10 emeralds for 50k coins got 680k same guild, sorry but this is surely not fair (normally he is rank one for the bubble with PLENTY room ahead to rank2 at the moment he is rank 8 and he spended more than last year i just can repeat it it can not be fair that player (like myself!!!) got 680k for spending not even a fifth of that and other who spended MORE get so much less back this would be MAYBE ok on an event with only a guild ranking but with a SINGLE RANKING AND THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE REWARD for that (totem of choice) you REALLY REALLY call this FAIR? if you still think in this way ok but this will also mean i delete my abo (which is sad because i really really like your videos a lot normally)

@@종늬.멋찐아제 I understand you. That different compensation based on the (Guild's) last year wasn't very cleaver. It's like if they repeated the initial problem (I guess they noticed their first fix was worser than the original problem and they wished to be back in time and did this "second fix"). But it would have been more fair if the compensation were fixed (near to the top number) to everyone. Maybe some people would still say it's unfair for them because that first night they spend more, BUT woulldn't have been this unbalanced mess.
