na Xpulse 4v use panra vandi top speed 128kmph wrong information from this video , this is best bike for touring also u can maintain a speed of 90-110 (36 kmpl mileage)even with 90 kg pillion rider , but for 4v service cost is around 1200-1350 across India and they do only oil change in first service comparatively higher 1st service cost than R15 please do proper research before making any bike video...tq.

i am in kerala. For commuting purpose i bought the new splendor extech. I was so disappointed in their services. In Hero service manual, they mentioned certain number of mandatory check ups but they didn't do any of that. They simply change the engine oil and washed vehicle. Even polishing is also mentioned in their manual, when i asked them about it they simply said we don't do that kind of stuffs here. Not only that particular showroom. I called many showrooms in Kerala i was shocked when i get the reply from their side none of them do any of this. I checked wheel alignment, both side marking were not matched....after lot of filing complaints against them i failed. I am tired. Hero is fooling us. Quality is not finished at the end of manufacturing. Quality of service is also equally important. I would never suggest this brand. There is also a stupid customer care to fool us. They speak pleasant because of that we may think our issue is solved but reality is nothing gonna happen
