Chain lube has been applied correctly.You need to apply the chain lube on the interior part of the chain so that once the chain starts rotating,the lu be makes its way to the exterior part of the chain and the whole chain is lubricated.Chain cleaning was not done properly

It's better to get it serviced before hand,i went to ladakh when my bike was clocking at 8500 whereas the service was to be done at 9000. I did it anyway at 8500 to be on the safer side.

10w30 means 10° celcius se leke 30° celcius tak oil accha rahega usske uppar ya niche temperature gaya toh voh kharab hona chalu ho jaata hai. Aur 3000kms bhi nahi chal pata hai. Hero walo ko sirf apna items sell karne hai aur kuch nahi. Vaise bhi unke machanic ko target diya jata hai ki 100 products sell karne hai aapko ek month mai. Motul ya castrol ka best hai engine oil 20w50 or else 10w50 ka oil use kiya toh chalega oil.

Bro in first suggested me to not put engine oil because the first service synthetic oil will cover upto 5k so what's your opinion bro is that I need to change engine oil for second service too

Synthetic oil is always better,but the one from hero xotic plus it only lasts 3-4k kms

I would suggest you to first check it yourself if it feels viscous then you are good to go!

Jo hero ka engine oil hai wo toh costly hi bahut hai rs 1100 ka one ltr hai , Xpulse mein 1.3 ltr dalta hai aap ko 1.5 ya 2 ltr kharedna hona toh 1700 se 2200 ka padega ye oil that's why I use Castrol Power one ultimate 10w40

Bhai service center badshah pur wale ka poora address dedo , delhi ke service center sab bekar hai aaj hi service karwai meri Xpulse ko 2 years hogaya aaj tak iska spark plug change nahi hua aur aaj ki service pe bhi nahi hua , ARC okhla service center pe spark plug hi nahi hain , kya bakwaas center hai jahan bike service hoti hain aur spark plug hi nahi hain , kahe ka centre hai band kardo service center

Brother,2.5 is a very generous budget, you must look for other options too,Himalayan,yezdi adventure,xpulse,highness and much more. The both bikes you are confused about are poles apart. One is an adv and other being a cruiser.

If hero company recommends engine oil topup 3500km. Then why is the service center guy changing the oil. The service center guy is inexperienced or the center is selling oil and making money. You should take it to Hero higher-ups expose who is wrong. Hope you do this and upload a video

Hie,I have tried reaching the higher officials but the reply is same.they say it's your call you can replace or can use this oil but it can have adverse effect on your bike and warranty.

It's a sham hero's mineral oil dies at 2k and synthetic at 4k similar for bajaj which dies at 5k but their change interval is ridiculous 10k for Bajaj & 6k for Hero.

Bro it might be due to hot environment or due to engine oil This might be normal issue .. Another issue might be engine like the piston having friction with the head .it may a major issue .
