@Mayank T ya u can definitely go for it..it will really give u some feel like u are driving something great..reliability wise..still i am nt the right person..as mine have done only 2000 kms..but so far so good..give a mileage of 40-45..single ride is awesome..if the pillion is lighter..u will have the same feel..bt if pillion is somewhat heavier..there the bike feels a little underpowered.. the bike really gives u goosebumps whn u do off roads

Fun off road, easy going on road, able tourer within controlled speeds. Very very frugal compared to other options can easily return 40+ kpl on highway infact inside city fuel economy is good. Best part is it is very very very frugal to maintain , with economical service cost and very economical spares. Had crashed my bs6 2v and the cost of repairs was very minimal with few parts changed and nothing major damage considering the crash was really bad one. I am a very satisfied bs6 2v owner.

The gear indicator going blank when the clutch is pulled in is by design, I think this bike determines the gear based on your road speed (kmph) vs engine speed (rpm) and when the clutch is engaged it evidently can't reliably tell what gear you're in, so this is a feature technically ;) The "right way" is to have a gear position sensor but that probably meant more cost so Hero probably skipped it.

Hero Xpulse 200 4V with a rally kit is amazing;(for riders not commuters) . if the channel was true, they would have mentioned that this bike is very tall(with the rally kit) and that normal motorcyclists will find it hard to control until and unless they have had some experience with it. The stock Xpulse is a great beginner bike, but with the rally kit; it is one of the best off-road bikes in India.
@SagarSheldekarOfficial2 жыл бұрын
If you watch the video again with an open mind you will see that i recommend the rally kit only for people who are buying the 4v as an offroad tool. Rally kit doesn't make any sense if you are buying this as an everyday bike more so if you are short.

Sarge, do you find the stock tyres reliable? On road or off-road? I feel the buttons should have been smaller in width...gap between the slits should have been less. When you are hard braking, if the contact patch is fully on the button, it tends to skid, also sideways on wet rocks.

Bought the same colour, Just 20 days Back Totally well spent money Tbh You should always spend your money in perticular things which is suitable for you like I'm 6'1 the bike appreciate my seat height and posture very well. And second being from a middle class family where budget is everything this is the best you can get as Benjamin said. One more thing if you live in rural areas can't say much about urban areas but in rural this bike will surely become your head- turner it is a very underrated product from here many people asked me which company bike it is some suggested Yamaha & Suzuki they were shocked to know its Hero. So as from my experience this is my First bike if you find something useful from this comment just go for it. You won't regret forsure.

Hi . I've got a few questions and i hope you answer all of them. 1. How's the pillion comfort on this bike . My only pillions are my parents, and i ride solo . Will they be comfortable on this bike? My mother wears saree and sits side ways. 2. How's the real world mileage on city and highways? 3. Heard the build quality is poor. Can you confirm? 4. Me and my father rides together most of the time. We both weigh 160-180 approx . Does this bike struggle carrying this much weight? What's the maximum weight this bike can handle? Thanks in advance.
@SagarSheldekarOfficial2 жыл бұрын
Short rides for the pillion won't be a problem. The mileage was around 48 in the city and 45 on the highway. In terms of build quality the new switches could have been better. Short rides with you and your father on the bike should be fine

I am an Xpulse 200 2v owner, BS6. About the heat, I would say that the problem lies with the stock engine oil that hero uses in 2v, 10w30 mineral, it really is pathetic. Using synthetic 10 w 40 oil makes a really big difference. Also, hero uses has a different oil for 4v, a 10w30 fully synthetic oil, manufactured by servo, which makes all the difference.

The hero Xpulse 200 was always a great choice for those who wants bike that's capable especially in off road. The xpulse is very good bike for everyday usage with some off road fun and this 4 v version continues the same path . The design looks good as an off road bike should have, tall stands, 21 inch front wheel, off road tyre's, ect. Gives it a perfect adventure bike appeal. Yes the performance could have been better with more power that would have given the xpulse much More cruising capability on the highway. Still overall as city bike the xpulse 200 4v is not disappointing at all. Its comfortable, refined and more fuel efficient to. For everyday use this bike is really good. The video was realy good Superb video shorts and off roading to 👍👍.

@@SagarSheldekarOfficial A 300 cc impulse its a interesting idea , but I would say a very tall 6th gear could be a boon for touring

@@SagarSheldekarOfficial Thank you for the reply. I'm considering the taichi touring jacket. Is it a worthy purchase. Or am I better off with the mesh jacket. Also a big fan of your videos and the way you edit them ❤️

Just wanted to know if the rally seat would be more comfortable than the stock one? Also is there anything we can do about the idle RPM issue like if I just let go of the throttle the bike is stuttering I feel in 1 and 2 gears, and what would you suggest for long touring and normal city riding in terms of mods?

You can try fuelx from race dynamics to improve the fueling

Hi, thanks this very helpful. I am looking to buy this next month. My touring rides will not be more than 200km one side, mainly it will be city commute and sometimes I will hit the terrains. So last verdict of yours, should I buy this?
