Warranty to tha but vo logo ne claim sirf or sirf Valve ka refund kiya 900/- baki nahi hota bole warranty me Maine kaha ye to engine ka part hai of warranty me hona chahiye but bole k company k taraf se reject hua hai 3000/- Ye 900/- refund service valo ke request kar k dilvaya hai goodwill hone ki vajah se meri

Just after first service (1000km) my bike front suspension started making CUT noise whenever the bike jumps from even minor humps . Very weird experience. But service centre guys says it'll be normal after the bearings will wear out 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ But I don't think it's the solution.. they just avoid problems

Koi nahi mere b gadi ko 4 month me hi ye problem aai thi, or staff kahi pr bhi thik nahi milenga, raise pressure jaha se liya unko b bole k baat karo to definitely problem solve ho hi jayenga. Parts ka issue to hai muze b 1 week parts ane me laga tha pr ho gaya

Hero service is pathetic.. The customer has to explain what's the issue and explain how to solve the problem 😂 Most dumbest brand in motorcycle 🤦🏻‍♂️
