Bahut bada expert mechanic lag raha hai, Bina feeler gauge ke tappet / valve clearance adjust kar liya 😂 Owner manual ko refer karna ek baar, bahut minor adjustment hota hai... Agar sahi clearance nahi diya toh valve damage bee ho sakte hain... 🙏

Hey... im getting tick tick sound on every cold starts and it will gradually fades as the engine heats. I noticed this after the change of engine oil (motul). Is this the same issue presented in this video?

tappet adjustment filler shims/ gauge se karna chahiye. Apka mechanic aacha hain but proper tools nahi hai. aisa haat se andaza lagage ka kam ho jayega lekin quality kam nahi hoga.. kuch din baad tappet noise firse ayega..

Right he needs to use a feeler gauge or the valves might bend and damage ur whole engine.better to have loose tappets then overtight ones

My Xpulse had a metallic ringing noise only at 8000rpm. It was the bash plate's plates that got bent so they were just touching each other. I bent the plates back away from each other and the noise was gone. Hope this helps someone.

@@RiderShakti I think parts like chain sprocket and wear and tear are ok, but engine should be strong like tank, it should take any kind of abuse. Like xpulse have issues with engine head, these issue are OK after 50000km. People have ridden Ns200 ktm bikes over 1Lakh km but still engine has zero issues.
