He went to Miami to team up with more superstars, so they were already contenders immediately - there was nothing to build. Same thing happened in Cleveland, he only joined after they traded Wiggins and got Love for another ready made team. The only place he won at that was ready made was the Lakers, but he could still only get it done after trading for the best big in the game at the time.
