The Heat like to stay to stick to the original ball team mentality, "were run by an organization, and high standards". They are molders of raw talent, That doesn't always transfer well into player development in the new nba which I think is the reason they hit a wall past few playoff and finals appearances, especially for players like Jimmy who's put in that work for them but they're still looking at him like we want more than last year. It's not transferring well into the new era nba. I think it's a great org for younger players, kind of like what OKC is doing but OKC understands the younger generation and will let the players be players. That hard nose grind once you reach that Jimmy level with experience and grit/hard work, you want the freedom to blow off steam and Heat is not the org for that lol . He's on the downside of his career and since he's a 3 playing like a traditional 4, he slows down the offense and because he doesn't shoot a lot of 3s either, he also negatively affects spacing and outside shooting, making it really difficult to find a 5 that can help the team coz you don't want 3 players on the court not being able to shoot.
