Always clean your leeks! Sand, dirt and occasionally bugs get in between the layers.

I tried making The Heartlands pie or something last weekend. Obviously the name is much longer and convoluted, but by the gods is that hard, though I don't really have much cooking or baking experience hehe.. I'd love to see you attempt it next week though!

I made these recently, and everyone in my party liked them! Thank you for the lovely videos! Additionally, the pies recipes from Townsends is a nice option for more medieval taste.
