Viewing from Brazil. I agree. All that preparation for just one day! Over Here carnival begins on a Friday and finishes the following Tuesday (5 full days) and to crown it all, the govt has given us the following Wednesday half day, to allow the hang over to wear off. Carnival in Rio is the biggest in the world.
