Michael Chu stated in an interview in 2016 that the Overwatch gameplay is not canon with the Overwatch universe. They're separate. lore wise: pharah, reaper, doomfist, bastion pharah has mobility to keep out of the range of the flames and her rockets are way stronger than genji's shuriken. reaper wraith form keep him near invulnerable to any attack the demon have. and up close with his hellfire shotgun is deadly. doomfist level skyscraper with his punches, no demon can withstand that. bastion is a tank. a literal tank. enough said.
