What is fastest game mode to queue into in 2023?

I play in the EU server - estimated time for ranked is approx. 40 seconds (but the games are found for most of the times quicker), for quick match and aram it is even less (aram is almost instant). Only unranked mode has longer time as it is the least played mode.
