Bravo, Heroes Orchestra! You are spoiling us rotten. My compliments to you for including alternate town tracks from the HoMM2 expansion, _The Price of Loyalty_ (1997). The "Warlock theme" at 1:05:57, in particular, stands out to me; its fanfare of horns conjures up the image of the town’s slate-grey towers in all their foreboding majesty, and Krzysztof’s bass solo evokes the image of a powerful sorcerer who commands the spirits to let the sky fall down upon the heads of his adversaries. While the opera sounds like Brahms - namely _Ein deutsches Requiem_ - the execution and acoustics of the song and orchestra make it sound positively Wagnerian in scale. Best regards.

OMG you said HoMM III, IV and V, then dropped those incredible HoMM II bangers!! I've got goosebumps with that Warlock (PoL) masterpiece, the Necromancer (PoL) was so beautifully done I almost melted, and the Barbarian (PoL) is so touching. Also, props to the powerful Heroes V pieces you played, it's crazy how you manage to take every theme from the soundtrack and make an absolute masterpiece out of it... I don't think anybody else on Earth could take this music and make this literal magic with it, catching all the vibes we got when playing these games, and squeezing all the power out of them. I have no words to thank you enough for the incredible experience you are delivering through those virtuoso instrument plays, those otherworldly gifted voices, that masterful direction. You are a gift. The day you finally play Necromancer and Barbarian from HoMM II (not the PoL, but the vanilla ones) I will literally cry. There's no piece you cannot turn into a blasting masterpiece. Now, if you excuse me I need to rewatch once again that last song lmao. Love you

It's an instrumentalization like this, and a voice like yours, what makes it become worth of listening over and over again and rejoice in the process. These tracks have been a part of my life for 25+ years, and now you have been improving them to a point I hadn't even dreamed about. Heroes Orchestra has carefully and passionately brought these great soundtracks to an entire new level. Now they surely are masterpieces. Thank you, sir, for yet another incredible performance

When I was a kid, I played the HoMM3 when it was only in Demo form (100s of times). Map: Dead and Buried and you had no choice but to start as Red in the middle of the map as Castle. Due to the unfinished nature of the game, the town music was the Stronghold Theme as we know it today, making it my absolute favourite. You guys did it amazingly, thank you

Очень понравился Некрополис 5-ых героев! У вас получилась несколько иная интерпретация, чем в игре. Музыка стала более настойчивой, быстрой и решительной. Słucham kawałków z homm2 porównując z oryginałami i jednak nie jestem pewny kto tu ma większy łeb, Romero, czy jednak aranżer, który tak to rozbudował i rozpisał na orkiestrę. zazwyczaj odrzuca mnie od starych gier, w które nie grałem kiedyś, gdy były bardziej "współczesne", ale im więcej was słucham, tym bardziej się utwierdzam w głupim pomyśle, żeby przejść przynajmniej kampanie z każdej części po kolei.

kurka wodna, hahaha, dziękuje, ale znając generalnie cały repertuar z H2 mogę powiedzieć, że do Romero to nie ma podjazdu :D Warlock operowy czy Wizard czy Knight to są po prostu arcydzieła muzyki klasycznej!

@@HeroesOrchestra Czym innym jest oczywiście napisanie czegoś od zera, a czym innym nadbudowanie tego i rozpisanie na orkiestrę, ale odpaliłem sobie parę razy naprzemiennie Necromancera w wersji oryginalnej oraz waszej i jak co do Warlocka jak najbardziej się zgadzam, że nawet w tym starym midi jest świetny, tak Necro w waszej wersji jednak przebija oryginał. Nie od dziś się zdarza, że covery potrafią czasem być lepsze niż oryginał, chociaż raczej rzadko się to zdarza. W bardziej popularnej muzyce chyba najlepszym przykładem jest Hurt w wykonaniu Johnnego Casha, po którym oryginalny autor stwierdził, że to już nie jest jego kawałek. Trzeba też przyznać Romero, że napisał tak świetną muzykę, że można mu nawet wybaczyć język Mordoru na wokalu.

Panie Mateuszu, powiem Panu szczerze, że pomimo iż ten koncert ma najlepszą aranżację, produkcję, (repertuar :D), ujęcia, mastering, może i wykonanie ze wszystkich publikowanych tu KONCERTÓW ... to jednak nie potrafię zrozumieć aranżacji H3 Fortress.. konretnie nie potrafię zrozumieć TYLKO jednego aspektu Pana aranżacji.. przecież tu powinny na pierwszym planie wyć non stop smyczki, i to te z zakresu szacownej Pani koncert-majster, która poprowadziła 'swoich' tutaj elegancko, jedynie mastering i wizja totalnie się rozminęły według mnie z duchem utworu :) reszta 11/10 :)

Nikt związany z projektem nie mógłby siąść na mikserze i np na ten utwór smyczki podbije (lub - bardziej pro - nie cały utwór na odpowiednią jego część) druga sprawa - ten koncert ma najlepiej zrobionone najazdy, ujęcia i zbliżenia w odpowiednich momentach to taka sugestia, odpośnie personalnej obsady, gdybym znowu ich brał prosiłbym o tego faceta, który wtedy to realizował (jak rozumumiem - była to realizacjia jakiejś firmy zewnętrznej)

OMG.... HoMM III, I played in the late 2000s. It was the first time I meet so many friends online in the official forum : Ungo and other friends. I created so many custom maps as well. The storyline are such a classic at that time. This is my cult game!
