Marc I am so happy to receive this message which is all facts!! I agree with everything you listed. I have been celibate for over 2 years & no fapp. No lust. I'm not married yet. I exercise 5x/wk with a diet 50% greens other vegetables and tumeric and ginger also fruit. It helps my energy level increase. My focus is awesome as my determination. I utilize a skincare system 2x a day along with various clay masks, charcoal peel offs and mud masks for relaxation to keep my skin so nice that I do appear younger than my age. I still always pray to God all day and night everyday. He is a wonderful Heavenly Father! I am currently reading Ch. Proverbs in the Bible and have been meditating on death and life are in the the tongue. And I kind of keep that scripture with me daily. Love this video. I really think the Semen Retention and not committing adultery, along with Obedience is one of the biggest ways to love Yahuah. I've been reading books of the prophets in the last couple months like Isiah, Ezekiel, and others (hoping to read Jeremiah pretty soon) and prior to that I read Kings and Chronicles where the Israelites completely turned away from Yahuah and it's crazy how disobedient to Yahuah they had become with basically breaking every single commandment. They did things like worshipping and making false idols, committing adultery, sacrificing their own children to false gods, stealing from the poor and widows, and turning away from Yahuah by killing his prophets and refusing to repent. Sad thing is it's been almost 2000 years since Yahushua left the Earth and majority of the world still does these things, just in different ways like instead of sacrificing their children in a fire, they will spiritually give them to the government or social media and probably AI in the future to raise them. Praise Yah for messengers like you Marc

It's been a couple of months since I have listened to one of Marc's videos as I found a church on fire for God and with excellent pastors .
