Herpes shouldn't itch all over your body. If you're experiencing that, it could be something else... or just overstressing?

@lifewithherpes thank you for your response I really appreciate it but day after the oral recieving encounter I had horrible ache in lower body for 2 months straight to the point where I couldn't even walk without the use of Kratom to help relieve the pain. I think that I self inoculated a few days after the encounter while showering because typically I will feel nerve tingling in the genital and rear end area swell as my arms lips and sometimes my eyes will feel puffy. Never ever ever had a outbreak of sores but feel symptoms increase when dehydrated or when eating unhealthy foods

I don't have bumbs on my face or on my vagina, but i am facing tingling all over my body, and left leg pain left hip pain, and waist pain, it's a horrible experience, u know i can tolerate bump on my body, but this pain, i just hate it......,....

I am having the same type of thing. each day a different part of my body is itchy. then Iet red bumps. the palms of my hands and fingers get itchy now. they never been itchy like that before. my lips tingle all the time. I got a bad taste on my tongue now. this all started when I got hsv1. my skin seems drier now. my. head gets itchy, my face, my toes. this is a terrible disease for me. it's ruining my happiness from all the physical symptoms, let alone the mental ones.

Hi! I have hsv1 on my mouth and I recently started seeing someone with hsv1 on their genitals. I was trying to do some research on antibodies and if they protect you from getting the same type of herpes on a different area of your body. Just curious how easily it would be to pass it to each other on other parts of our bodies that don’t have it or if we no longer can would pass that same type to a different area

If you have the same type, it's unlikely. Once antibodies build-up, your body will recognize the virus and fight it.
