@@gehrmansparr0w If you’re talking which ones gonna be more of use to you, it’s HoRB. It’s an entire battle suit whereas kiana’s outfit is, well, just an outfit. BUT, if you don’t really like HoRB, or you really want the outfit, get the outfit. Unless you’re really interested in scoring high in abyss or Memorial Arena, HoRB is just another battle suit to you. Get whichever you want more! Or save and see if there’s something else that gets announced that you want even more! Personally, I really want Kianas outfit, but I am a meta slave and I love Seele so I’ll probably save for HoRB.

@@Aurore_That goes for Ellie, Bronya, Kiana, and Mei. But Seele is a Herrscher who awakened/born from the Sea of Quanta. So it’s pretty much a crime 💀 Edit: Keep in mind this was before I actually got to properly play the chapter and before Homu Labs clarified her existence. For the players who are confused about her origin, yes she’s still Imaginary since Honkai Energy is Imaginary Energy and it could be transferred through many ways, with Saha and Cocoon being the main ones we know. That being said, she isn’t a “normal” herrscher, she just happens to have the same attributes as someone like Bronya would but she originates from Saha and not the Cocoon.

Super happy for Seele getting finally battlesuit that'll stay relevant for good while, for reference Senti's reign lasted for 22(!) patches and she's still powerful though like AE her age is clearly starting to show and its time for Senti-chan to join the old timer in valk retirement home. Random thoughts: - some worries that HoRB will be tuned too much in favor of Hare's kit when personally planning to keep skipping Hare so if too much of her powerbudged is placed in padding Hare's non-existent crit then other physical dps will suffer who have less need for it - disappointed that HoRB doesn't have her own impair since she'll be stuck relying on Senti so for new players she isn't 2 in 1 valk like HoTR is - 25 second impair is overkill so likely one of the first things to get adjusted - not being QUA is to be expected since Hoyo doesn't want multiple QUA in one team chaining collapses, for example FR with her powercrept kit would still be (too) valuable in QUA content when paired with lightning QUA dps - expecting her S0 dps to be slightly below SSS MPE (partially because MPE will have better supports) though perhaps we'll get melee or summon weather where HoRB will shine.

If you ult first in her DPS form, she gets 75% crit rate which is basically guaranteed crit rate. You use her ult at the start of the rotation

Omg, the black hair + clear pupils are the rarest combination I've ever seen in anime style media. It is my favorite combination so every character I see I get reminded that it is close to that style but always comes short. Omg and the sea theme! Technically being quantum is a debuff now because qua valks are at disadvantage when fighting img enemies and the “seed & shell” mechanism further amplified that problem, psy type in contrast is the 2nd strongest type, as creature type mobs it is weak to are the least beefy among the original three types.

In my opinion HoRB need some adjustment in design and skill, 1. I think they should switch the (DPS) mode and (Support) mode, its somehow nonsense when the DPS looks a bit cute while the Support looks so "DPS-like" 2. The DPS mode ultimate also need more animation, and maybe some transition from the cutscene->battlefield 3. They also need to allows HoRB to use her ult in her support mode while able to switch again to the DPS mode without cooldown so that her DPS mode got even more dmg and the Senti in the DPS team can be changed to another physical support valk

As a person, who waited for Herrscher of Death for years, I'm dissapointed. Her animations are beautiful, but overall there's nothing really impressive (By that I mean not from perspective of mechanics like debuffs, buffs etc. She may be usefull, even meta, but it's not something that I care about.) Again, their translation team did a sub-par work when naming the battlesuit. 生死 means life and death, but naming the battlesuit as "rebirth" buried the aspect of death. This should not have been the case because in Chinese, 生死 has always been used to emphasise the duality of living things, that if there is life, there must be death. I feel that just like the problem Mihoyo has with their Chin-glish songs, their team is extremely weak when it comes to translation, especially in terms to retaining context.

Its not really a great rotation in the vid and marisa knows, you use the ult as soon as you swap in for the crit buffs. One would hope by v3 they also give her DPS ult the self impair so that she doesnt need HoS but even with needing her shes really good.
