I would also add to that money to fix all the history 📚 books for kids that were designed not to teach honest history. I was pissed when I was a kid and found out my history books were censored. Banks know damn well not all their debtors will pay them back but they can use that info for deductions and reconciliation in their books.. and also as asset for market value.. fair reparations may never be achieved but the credit may creat a much needed value in black neighborhoods and that recognition may scrap off some debt..how ever it may be shaped its better than pretending slavery and a promise of mule and land hasn't been paid

You’d be surprised to find that some that money comes from blacks people. What if those who’s forefathers were slave owners don’t have any money who’s going to subsidize the reparations till they do? The taxpayers, which includes blacks people. Lastly, even if we did get reparations it would go right back to white america, unless we separate like we should’ve a long time ago but that’s the point Herschel is making the only way to make this really work is for us to separate from whites America. But we all know we are too pwussy to do that now, which is why white America doesn’t respect us. All this does is inflame racial tensions. Either we separate from white America or go the Herschel route and be just American. Stop this passive aggressive racism, it’s weak.

I am agree with Herschel. I am black and we need the renewal of our minds. Not something so fleeting as money. Can you imagine the day after reparation is handed out. Cadillacs on every corner, Jordan's would be flying off the shelf and the Chinese would increase their weave shipment. And then a year later when we are broke again, we would be complaining that the first reparation check was not enough. It is impossible to please black people.
