It's fantastic to see the women's game gathering such momentum and I'm certain that they will have massive support in their latest campaign. There is obviously a fantastic set up at international level but I have many misgivings over the organisation at the junior level of the girls game: down here in West Wales leastways. There is an abundance of talent here. I'm certain that some girls, with the proper support, have the ability to become future international players and my greatest fear is that their talent will go unnoticed due to the inadequacies of the WRU set-up. Best of luck to the team at WXV.
