Derek Fryer - I just wrote this to another guy on the part 1 of this video. although you are living, within the legal system you are actually treated as dead or lost at sea. Unless you have not accepted a birth certificate or have attained your certificate of birth. This is why you have to be re-presented in court, as you cannot be present if you’re dead. It comes down to the system creating a copyright on the name you’re currently using, via the birth certificate. The ALL CAPS NAME. The name that’s on your license/passport etc. The birth certificate even states you cannot use it as a form of identification, yet that’s what you need to obtain one of their licenses. Our own mothers and fathers are informants it states it on the birth certificate, and google informant other words used are Rats, snitches. For more information research the birth certificate scam. Also check out the Justinian Deception here on KZbin, a bundle of information on there. The police force are a private corporation along with the UK government and all parties like labour etc you can find the proof online that they’re all corporations by checking the company/corporation register list. Lastly anything written in ALL CAPS is not English grammar, and does not make sense, even if you can read it. Start looking at how products state certain claims on the packaging, and you’ll notice that they will write in ALL CAPS, when their claim is not valid, as they cannot be held accountable as its not grammatically correct English. And yes you’re correct you can pay for things with your birth certificate, but that’s not the best way I think. We need to claim our right to the mineral wealth of the land we were born on. But as we are now treated as foreigners because we have a UK passport which is associated with another land of shores that they named the UK and is not actually the land mass that we now know as the United Kingdom, we have given up our birth right through deception of course. That’s why we cannot own land, if you truly own anything like land you will not have to pay inheritance tax, if you do have to pay inheritance tax all you are doing is paying for the transfer of the license to use that land going forward. But as you said you need master the fictitious legal system and the language they use in law. Blacks law, as words they use have different meanings that we have been taught, otherwise they will section you. I wish we the people wake up sooner as a whole and overthrow these parasites that has deceived us. So we can live freely and peacefully and enjoy the full amounts of the fruits of our labour without being taxed.

@@mohammedahmed3763 nope completely wrong, residential and commercial property in the eyes of the law are completely different, thats why Bailliffs follow different rules when it's commercial property, they can do more, so when police use the "would u want someone filming your house" or as he said in this video "if someone's doors unlocked is that just trespass" no that's completely different it's residential not commercial, that's why u need planning permission when a property is turned into commercial. And to mention "british education" is quite pathetic really, your argument is no longer an argument when u have to rely on petty insults.

To be honest, a lot has to do with recruitment. Look at the ethnicity and obvious lack of education of these police officers. They are mostly non-British and come from a culture where once you are deemed to have some semblance of authority that authority is un-limited. So, abuses of power are expected and the norm. Britain has struggled for a long time to get to this point, where people have rights. And now these rights are being eroded because we want cheap people to fulfill these roles. Its all over the place, look at the service sector since the Eastern Europeans have left. Britain is in the gutters.

Also the constable did not identify the section under which he searched him rather AB kept on mentioning Section 43. As for Section 50 Anti Social Behaviour Act 2014; that concerns "Forfeiture of item used in commission of offence"; has nothing to do with causing alarm and distress, something AB kept on repeating. A good example of why this channel exists. I’ll be honest AB, when I first watched you I didn’t really like you and thought you were giving cops hassle for no reason. The more I watched the more I realised actually there is a place for this type of activity to highlight how powers can be abused by officers whose egos make them bend the rules to fit. Keep doing what you’re doing albeit I’d maybe leave out the personal insults you make on your videos towards some officers as it makes you look less professional in your actions

The crucial thing AB is that when considering if an action is causing harassment/alarm/distress, it must meet the “reasonable person of FIRMNESS” standard. Public photography in a non threatening manner would not cause a reasonably firm normal human being harassment/alarm/distress - only a frail cupcake. And frail cupcakes aren’t the legal standard set out by the CPS.

That's true, however the CPS also say standard shouldn't be used to determine whether to arrest. Unfortunately the law says "any person": '..."anti-social behaviour” means- (a)conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person' So, while they may arrest someone, it's unlikely to be prosecuted. In this case though, it's definitely an abuse of power in my opinion.

_Done without a blink, clearly the heavily tattooed shaven head cop routinely prostitutes the Law / Acts of Parliament, only because he can. AB being 'detained' was tantamount to being arrested, the bogus search tantamount to assault. Police pulling out their blue nitrile gloves was unnecessary and obviously done for intimidation purposes. AB merely wandered in and wandered out of a _*_Publicly Owned Carpark_*_ that is wide open to the Public from the street with no signage whatsoever to say otherwise. [However, "Unauthorised vehicles parked in this car park will be removed at the owners expense."] The silly male munching on the apple would have known that! The community has no legal rights with cops like these, obviously unfit for duty and a menace to the community. Low grade, low IQ cops need drug/psych testing, then the big boot!_
@Stuart_George4 жыл бұрын
@@rakeshhubert3031 'Publicly owned car park'? What makes you say that? Not saying you are wrong, I just wondered what signs or indication you saw that it was 'publicly owned'. The cops seemed to state it wasn't part of the police station.

@taysherman83764 жыл бұрын
AB - I am very impressed with your calm demeanour. This gets to Police more than most people think. I have seen too many 'Auditors' and 'Copwatchers' trying to shout over Police and then be arrested. Police hate it when a citizen is silent and they hate being filmed, no matter what they say. As for the video, you need to lodge a formal complaint. The complaint will go nowhere as they will investigate themselves and find they did nothing wrong, but formal complaints are listed in the personnel jacket of Constables and rack up over time.Then sue them for unlawful detainment, abuse of Police powers etc. The only thing they understand is being punished in court or in the wallet and senior officers then having to explain why the money is being paid out.
