The hardest thing for them is to be dismissed. I bought a car from an inspector from that very car park. We went up to his office with an envelope full of money, bought the car and he never even counted it. I guess if it had been short I wouldn’t have got off the m25. In fairness he was really nice to deal with and the car was great for many years. These offices seemed ok generally

Very obvious. Around 14.37, watch the 'grumpy' officer have a word with the female officer, then walk in the station. Watch the look the 'nose picker' gives to both his colleagues. He knows exactly what is happening. Notice the officer making chit chat with stuff like 'We've got better things to do', and yet decided to hang around. It's a common tactic/practice. Keep someone engaged while others decide how to proceed.
